Economic Problem Solutions 1-7-25

In the period from 1960 to 1990, the US National Debt increased from $286B to $3.665 trillion.

In the period from 1990 to 2000, the US National Debt increased from $3.66 trillion to $5.674 trillion.

In the period from 2000 to 2024, the US National Debt increased from $5.674 trillion to $36.303 trillion

The US experienced inflation from 1960 to 2024. Gasoline Prices rose from 20 cents per gallon to $3.50 per gallon. Single Family Home Prices rose from $20,000 to $400,000. New Car Prices rose from $2,000 to 48,000.

Despite our advances in technology from the invention of the electronic circuit at Texas Instruments in the 1970s to the application of AI in 2024, the US needs to reduce tax rates in order to increase Federal Revenue. The US also needs to reduce regulations to allow us to dig ourselves out of this hole.

Fracking in the United States began in 1949. According to the Department of Energy (DOE), by 2013 at least two million oil and gas wells in the US had been hydraulically fractured, and that of new wells being drilled, up to 95% are hydraulically fractured.

The war on fossil fuels became visible in 1989 when President George HW Bush signed on to UN Agenda 21. It became more visible as “global warming” when Al Gore published “An Inconvenient Truth” in 2006. It was discredited in 2015 as a Hoax, but became “Global Marxist Folklore to 2024.

The same technological advances in electronic data transfer ushered in our exposure to hacking and identity theft. We need to employ AI to increase data integrity and protect all electronic data.

Solving Identity Theft may require the use of DNA. We should be able to use AI to identify all US Citizens by comparing post office records with immigration records. All of this requires that the US Federal Government updates their computer systems.

Home Title Lock costs $200 per year. County Registrar offices do not alert you if your Home Title is accessed by Title Thieves to take out new loans against your Home Equity. Counties should alert homeowners to verify these incidents before they approve the Title Change. Counties should be able to access DMV and Election records and compare Driver’s License pictures to confirm the identity of those who claim to be you. A Police Officer should be available in the Registrars offices to make arrests of those whose Drivers’ License pictures do not match.

There isn't much information about the number of title theft cases reported in Georgia in 2024, but here's some information about home title theft and fraud in Georgia:

According to a study by Bader Scott injury lawyers, Georgia reported over 177,000 fraud cases between April 2023 and March 2024. This is 62% higher than the national average. Cursive Writing is required to allow fraud to be detected by Signatures.

Home title theft is a growing type of cybercrime that can be difficult to detect. Some signs that your home title may be being tampered with include: Bills stop arriving and you start to Receive unfamiliar mortgage paperwork.

Keeping track of all homeowner mail and bills can help prevent theft and fraud.

It appears that we have been trapped by our own technological advances.
