We have little choice but to repeal our
anti-discrimination laws. We should
declare ourselves a meritocracy as that’s what we’ve always been.
Anti-discrimination laws were at the root of
the 2008 Meltdown. The role of the Community Reinvestment Act of 1993 and HUD
rules enabling anarchists to extort lenders to give home loans to unqualified
buyers is well documented.
Medical malpractice lawsuits should also be
banned. Their existence has forced
health providers to prescribe unnecessary tests, procedures and treatments.
This “defensive medicine” is a rip-off to patients. Instead, the law should recognize that
medical practice errors should be dealt with by their professional associations
who have such procedures now anyhow.
They can and do suspend licenses pending required training and revoke
licenses. The limits of modern medicine need to be revealed. Hospitals also
need to be able to send indigent patients to county health hospitals.
