“We are
mad as hell and we aren’t going to take it any more”, was the line used by the
announcer Howard Beale in the movie “Network” (1976).
Our anger
brought us to the polls to elect Donald Trump to become the 45th President
of the United States. It wasn’t just
travesties like Obamacare and excessive immigration and regulations, it was also
way too many reports of blatant federal agency abuse and threats to our
freedoms and our sovereignty.
The media
is busy covering its ass and the left-wing activists are circling the
wagons. They will use the same tired
pleas to “work together” and leave their rotten laws intact.
Draining
the swamp should include a new campaign finance law that eliminates everybody
but voters from making campaign contributions.
This would let only registered voters contribute to candidates who
appear on their ballot. Special interest free speech can be achieved on their
own websites.
