All countries have two
different worlds. For developed countries there are large populations in urban
areas and small populations in rural areas. In undeveloped countries there are
small populations in urban areas and large populations in rural areas.
In Europe, those in
urban areas speak English plus their local language. In rural areas of Europe, the people only
speak the local language. In the urban
areas, these populations are involved in driving the GDP for their country and
in the rural areas, agriculture amounts to a small percentage of their GDP.
Both groups in developed countries seem happy and the urban and rural people
understand each other. They have chosen their lifestyle and appear happy.
In undeveloped countries,
you will find 20% of their population doing well in urban areas and 80% of
their population in urban and rural areas struggling with unemployment and
poverty. There is more crime in undeveloped countries, especially in poor
areas. These are vulnerable populations.
Governments in both
developed and undeveloped countries tend to cater to the wealthy populations in
their countries. They spend all of their time increasing GDP and no time or
resources helping their impoverished citizens to lift themselves out of
poverty. Their laws and budgets reflect this and they need to allow the
undeveloped communities to improve their living conditions.
