The
Republican Party was formed in 1854. Their platform published in 1856 vowed to
end slavery and polygamy. In, 1960 Confederates rejected Republican President
Lincoln. In 1862 polygamy was ended. In 1920, Republicans gave Women the vote
and stood up for Blacks. In 1952, Republicans ordered the end of segregation.
In 1964, Republicans passed the Civil Rights Act.
Republicans
treat all as equals, not victims. Democrats treat women and minorities as
victims.
