ALERT: Obama Admin Teams Up With Muslims, Enforces Shariah on U.S. Businesses
Though he professes to be a
Christian, President Barack Obama has shown through both word and deed that he actually tends
to side with the Islamic faith, not Christianity.
This has been proven once again, now
that a federal court has ruled in favor of two Muslim truck drivers in a
dispute with the business they worked for.
The two Somali refugees were awarded
$240,000 in damages after they sued their former employer who had fired them
for refusing to deliver beer and alcohol, even though they knew they would be
required to do so when they were hired.
Their case was taken up by Obama’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawyers, who successfully argued that the employer had
discriminated against the men and violated their freedom of religious
expression.
The action by the Obama
administration had both Fox News host
Megyn Kelly and senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano perplexed, as
the administration has not acted similarly toward Christians involved in
religious liberty disputes.
“The Obama administration actually
represented the two Muslims in this case,” Kelly stated. “But has sometimes
taken a very different position in the case of Christians trying to assert
their religious beliefs.”
Kelly then proceeded to read the
statement released by the EEOC in the wake of their victory, which read: “We are proud to support the rights
of workers to equal treatment in the workplace without having to sacrifice
their religious beliefs or practices; it’s fundamental to the American
principles of religious freedom and tolerance.” Kelly ruefully added, “But when it
comes to the Christian bakers,
it’s not as fundamental.”
Judge Napolitano
agreed: “That’s correct. It’s unfortunate when the government interferes
in a private dispute over religious views, and takes sides, and chooses one
religion over another.”

The Civil Rights Act is at odds with "equal treatment under the law". There can be no protected groups. It also violates "freedom of association".
