The majority of Muslims are Sunni. Many living in countries that are struggling with low standards of living and want to expand their private sector economies to increase jobs. Sunnis are moderates and don’t like Shia’s strict dress codes or limited women’s rights. They have noticed that terror groups operate with support from Shia dominant countries like Iran and Sunnis want no part of that. They prefer a more moderate version of Islam that encourages needed trade with developed western countries.

Islam is 90% Sunni and 10% Shia. Shia is more common in terrorist-friendly countries.

Of the total Muslim population, 87–90% are Sunni and 10–13% are Shi'a. Most Shi'as (between 68% and 80%) live in mainly four countries: Iran, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, and Iraq. Furthermore, there are concentrated Shi'a populations in Lebanon, Russia, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh and 10 sub-Saharan African countries.

There are 1.9 billion Muslims world-wide and 91% live in the Middle East and Africa

10% are Shia.  Iran is the global sponsor of Islamic Terrorism. Countries with a Shia population have terror groups operating there. This includes Iran, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen. Terror groups include ISIS, al Quida, Hamas, Hezbollah and others.

The Terror groups are mostly in Shia dominated Muslim countries. Sunni dominated countries are subject to harassment from their Shia minorities. Those governments who want to continue to expand their trade will likely silence their Shia minorities with changes in their constitutions.

ISIS wanted to take over Syria, because they have oil, so they arranged a “civil war”. Palestine wants Iran’s terror groups to take over Israel. Palestine has been attacking Israel since 1948. Now the Arab countries who use to support Palestine now support Israel.

Most countries understand that their populations need to assimilate. The Jews understood this and split to form a large majority of “Reformed Jews” who want to assimilate in their current countries.
