Illegals Released from Custody Committed 1,000 New Crimes

(Washington Times) – One thousand of the 36,000 illegal immigrant criminals the government released in 2013 have gone on to commit other crimes, including child sex abuse, hit-and-run and child cruelty, according to new data released Friday evening by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles E. Grassley. The information, which the Homeland Security Department provided to Mr. Grassley, details all 1,000 convictions including dozens of drunk-driving convictions, drug offenses and weapons convictions. But the more serious crimes include domestic abuse, carjacking and aggravated assault. One of the illegal immigrants, identified as No. 960, was subsequently convicted of inflicting injury on a domestic partner; child cruelty, with the possibility of injury or death; probation violations; speeding; driving without a license; and failing to appear for court. FAX BLAST SPECIAL: NO AMNESTY for Illegals! “The Obama Administration claims that it is using ‘prosecutorial discretion’ to prioritize the removal of criminal aliens from this country. But this report shows the disturbing truth: 1,000 undocumented aliens previously convicted of crimes who the Administration released in 2013 have gone on to commit further crimes in our communities,” Mr. Grassley said. The information comes just a month before Mr. Obama begins taking applications for the new amnesty he announced in November, which would allow up to 4 million illegal immigrants to apply for a stay of deportation and for work permits to be able to compete legally for jobs. The 1,000 illegal immigrants in the data were part of a group of 36,000 convicted criminals that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had been holding but decided to release in 2013. Those illegal immigrants had amassed nearly 88,000 convictions among them, including 193 homicide convictions, 426 sexual assault convictions, 303 kidnapping convictions and 16,070 drunk- or drugged-driving convictions. At the time, ICE officials said some of the releases were required by a federal court decision that prevents them from holding illegal immigrants whose home countries won’t take them back. The government said three-quarters of those convicted of homicide had to be released under court guidelines. Mr. Grassley this week introduced a bill to change the law and overturn the court decision.

Obamaphones Unsustainable

Telecom Outrage: Obamaphone Program Plagued With Fraud: Over 13 Million Free Cell Phones Given Away In 2014 by Max Salvo 1/29/15
Among the free entitlements offered to lower-income individuals and those less fortunate are free cell phones subsidized by tax payments from the middle class. The program, originally designed under President Ronald Reagan and pushed into the mainstream by President George Bush, has exploded under President Obama with over 13 million phones issued to “qualified” individuals in 2014 alone. The phones are supposed to give people who would otherwise not be able to afford them a lifeline to emergency services and loved ones.
But according to an undercover report by CBS News, the Lifeline Wireless program is plagued by outrageous levels of fraud.
If you own a cellphone, you pay for the free phones and their wireless plans via a monthly tax on your cellphone called the Universal Service Tax. Although the Lifeline wireless program has been around since 2005 and started under President George W. Bush, it ballooned under President Obama and the phones are often referred to as Obamaphones.
To qualify for one of the cellphone plans, you have to be low income — on food stamps, Medicaid, housing assistance or some other government program.
But multiple times a CBS4 producer and reporter found phone agents in Denver circumventing strict government rules to ensure that only the truly needy get the free phones.
In one case a Total Call agent used someone else’s food stamp card to provide eligibility for a CBS4 producer. On another occasion another Total Call agent said it would be perfectly fine to use a friend’s food stamp card to establish eligibility and obtain a free phone.
The company is asking the public to let it know of any improper activity with regard to Lifeline applications submitted to Total Call.
Of course, Total Call would have probably preferred to continue shipping phones and service plans without these pesky investigations because it was a financial boon for their company. Under the Obamaphone plan everyone makes money. Well, almost everyone, except for the people who actually have to pay for them through forced mandates.
In 2012 we noted that the government set aside $2.4 billion for the Lifeline Wireless program for a single year worth of phones and monthly plan payments. As we predicted then, and as is normally the case when government is involved in managing any sort of social program, those hard-earned taxpayer dollars would be redistributed to millions of people who don’t actually require the service or use it for what it was designed to be used for.
Over $2.4 billion in freshly printed dollars will be directed towards the program, which aims to connect tens of millions of poverty stricken Americans to the digital grid.
While we realize that some of those individuals, like those who cannot work for medical reasons for example, need access to phones in the event of an emergency, we can’t help but wonder how many millions of people like Duane Brooks, Jr. will be able to make calls, send text messages, and update their Facebook profiles instantly at the expense of others.
Case in point. Here’s Duane Brook, Jr., an able-bodied adult fully capable of working a job, yet he collects hundreds of dollars from the government, pays no rent and spends the money “on himself” instead of actually doing something productive with it:
When you get your cell phone bill next month, take a look at the taxes you’re paying. You paid for those 13 million phones distributed to the “truly needy” last year. Moreover, when you do your personal income taxes this year and because you didn’t have health insurance last year as mandated under the Patient Affordable Care Act, you’ll be paying a tax of $95 or 1% of your income (whichever is higher) just so people like Duane can have a free cell phone, free rent, a free Obamaphone and, of course, affordable health insurance (that you yourself cannot afford because you are so well off).
Of course, we knew this was coming and President Obama said it himself to our friend Joe ‘The Plumber’ Wurzelbacher during the run-up to his election:
It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just wanna make sure that everybody who is behind you… that they’ve got a chance at success too. I think that when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.
It was all fun and games and great talking points for the media and Obama’s disciples at the time. Eqaulity and all that – you know.
But now, eight years later, we see just how “good for everybody” Mr. Obama’s policies really are.
Turns out they’re great for people who get, as Vice President Joe Biden recently said, “free stuff” from the White House.
Unfortunately, free stuff isn’t actually free and someone – YOU – has to pay for it.

Obamacare Medicaid Expansion Unsustainable

Tennessee’s Plan to Expand Medicaid Doesn’t Add Up
Gov. Bill Haslam’s deal with the Obama administration would cost taxpayers plenty and hurt the neediest people already in the program. By CHRISTIE HERRERA AND JUSTIN OWEN
Jan. 30, 2015 7:19 p.m. ET

Several Republican governors are considering implementing, or have implemented, ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in their states. Indiana’s Mike Pence is the latest, announcing a new deal this week that abandons conservative principles by adding 400,000 able-bodied adults to the Medicaid rolls, costing taxpayers $3 billion a year.
But one of the first such deal-makers was Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, who announced right before Christmas that he had a verbal commitment from the Obama administration to expand Medicaid subject to some changes.
But Mr. Haslam’s announcement was only the first step. Thanks to a law passed last year, Tennessee lawmakers must sign off on any expansion of Medicaid. On Monday the legislature will convene in a special session to debate the governor’s plan, called Insure Tennessee. Their decision could have a big influence on what other Republican states might do.
Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam plan would make eligible for Medicaid an additional 400,000 Tennesseans earning about $16,000 a year, as well as an additional 125,000- 150,000 who are already paying for health insurance through their employer. Enrollees would have two options: traditional Medicaid with meager premiums and copays, and a so-called private option under which they would receive a subsidy to pay for insurance through their employer.
Certain provisions in his Medicaid proposal—such as requesting enrollees contribute toward their own coverage and offering premium assistance—have led Mr. Haslam to sell it as “market-driven” and “outcome-based.” Yet, these provisions are already available in the Medicaid program. Despite this free-market gloss, there is nothing fundamentally different between Mr. Haslam’s plan and the type of Medicaid expansion ObamaCare architects envisioned in 2009.
Insure Tennessee faces many of the same pitfalls as any expansion of Medicaid, and includes some additional problems of its own. Here are five important things to know:
First, there are no free federal dollars. Despite claims that Mr. Haslam’s plan would not cost state taxpayers another dime, every dollar used to finance the expansion of Medicaid is a dollar borrowed and added to the national debt.
Second, the plan will hurt the neediest patients already struggling on the current Medicaid program. Nearly 90% of the additional people eligible to enroll are able-bodied, working-age adults with no dependent children. With Health Affairs reporting that two in five Tennessee doctors already refuse to see new Medicaid patients, a flood of new patients would strain the program for those already enrolled and struggling to find a physician.
Third, the so-called private option, called the Volunteer Plan, is a bad deal for the public. The Volunteer Plan provides a premium subsidy for workers eligible for ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion. To get the subsidy, employers only need to pay 50% of an enrollee’s premiums. On average, Tennessee employers currently pay 65% of an employee’s premium (according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation), while some cover the total cost. The private option provides an incentive for many employers to drop their share of premiums down to 50% so taxpayers can “volunteer” to pay the rest.
Insure Tennessee would require certain new enrollees to pay a monthly premium equivalent to 2% of income. While skin-in-the-game provisions are helping in welfare programs, the governor’s plan requires less of the small premiums and copays allowed in the Medicaid program today.
Mr. Haslam also wants to dis-enroll individuals if they fail to pay, but such threats are meaningless. Mr. Pence included a similar provision in Indiana, but the federal government prohibited more than three-quarters of that state’s Medicaid-expansion enrollees from being dis-enrolled for nonpayment. Everyone else in Mr. Pence’s ObamaCare expansion can claim one of a number of broad exemptions to the rule. Or as we like to call it, “No premium? No problem!”
Finally, the funding scheme used to draw federal dollars is sketchy at best. Hospitals front the state money through a provider tax, which the state then uses to prove to the federal government that it has funded its portion of the program in order to get additional federal tax dollars. In the end, the hospitals get their money back, plus billions more, in reimbursements paid for by taxpayers.
Tennessee’s two U.S. senators, Republicans Bob Corker and Lamar Alexander, have spoken favorably of Insure Tennessee—yet both have previously called for ending this deceptive financing mechanism, which is now used by 49 states and would be the primary means for funding Mr. Haslam’s plan. If the provider tax comes under attack from the U.S. Congress or fails to keep pace with growing costs, state taxpayers will be forced to foot the bill.
Tennessee lawmakers must decide if they are going to burden more state residents—and American taxpayers—with ObamaCare’s broken promises, failed schemes and unsustainable policies, or whether their state will lead the march toward more freedom, greater access, and better health outcomes. With several other red states including Utah, Wyoming and Montana waiting in the wings on Medicaid expansion, what Tennessee does next week could have implications far beyond the state’s borders.

Big City Gang Attacks

BLACK MOB VIOLENCE: Saint Paul, MN Hammered By Black Mob Violence…Media Buries Story
Get a gun or two folks. And several high capacity magazines and carry them wherever you go; and if at all possible, avoid neighborhoods and cities where these hood-rats dwell.
KSTP – A string of group attacks has taken place in downtown St. Paul in recent weeks.
Last Monday, a 23-year-old man and his 56-year-old friend were brutally assaulted by six people in a skyway downtown near Cedar Street.
According to police, a restaurant near the new St. Paul Saints stadium was also rushed by a group of about nine people who started eating and drinking from the customers’ tables.
5 EYEWITNESS NEWS obtained security video that showed a woman in the group suddenly throw a glass of water at another customer. Another man she was with grabbed a cell phone off the table, and then the entire group bolted out the door and down the street, police officials said.

Back in September, a St. Paul police sergeant emailed other officers informing them about a group of nearly 50 juveniles that attacked a juvenile female at the light rail platform near Fifth and Minnesota Street in St. Paul. In the email, the sergeant said the female was beaten unconscious and the fight spilled into a nearby hotel where the group then interrupted and assaulted a wedding party.
Some of the wedding party members told officers they would never visit St. Paul events again because of the incident, the email said.
The sergeant concluded his email by saying that these attacks by the group of assailants were "shocking" at their level of violence.

Stop Reauthorization of federal education programs.

Progressive US Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN) knows that this time the public will not be so easily fooled by his lies as we have been in the past.  He has lied to us for years and he is lying to us about NCLB/ESEA Reauthorization. We have already had experts reading and analyzing this bill and the more they dig the worse it gets.  We ARE being deceived AGAIN.

Here are just a few of the issues that have been uncovered hidden in this massive bill:
1.  Title 1 funding will be tied to compliance with Common Core State Standards (they should be called Common Core Federal Standards but I digress)  Comply or else!!
In 2010 the US Dept. of Education created a document called "A BLUEPRINT FOR REFORM" In this document on Page 10 it clearly states that by 2015 the administration will attach Title 1 funding with compliance to common college and career standards (Common Core or Common Core aligned-which is CC with a new name and a few changes).  Now do you see why Alexander MUST get this passed ASAP?????
2.  Every child will be considered Title 1 and required remediation if they do not perform to the expected outcomes of Common Core.
3. 60-70 pages just on Charter Schools
4.  Title 1 money to follow the child - THIS WILL be the destruction of private schools, elected school boards and traditional public schools not to mention what it will do to property taxes.  Private schools will be forced to take these vouchers or go belly up.  This means they will also be forced to take Common Core.  So why would a parent pay more to send a child to private school if the child will get the same education for half the cost?  So even if they do take the vouchers they will go belly up. This is a no win for private and religious schools.  What happens to the tax structure and the local public school when kids start taking their money to other districts, counties or states?  This action alone WILL destroy private schools, traditional public schools leaving Charters the only CHOICE.  Is Obama's CHOICE the CHOICE you bargained for when you supported Charter Schools?  We tried to warn legislators and parents about the real agenda with Charters but they wouldn't listen and many are still not listening.  Charters WILL eliminate elected representation and they WILL end up being the ONLY CHOICE. That people is not choice. That will privatize education and make many riche people even richer.  The good mom and pop Charter your children go to now will be swallowed up by the big boys.  And when you complain who will you complain to??  The goal is to remove parents from the education of their children and Charters and Vouchers is exactly how it will happen.
5. We must investigate the State longitudinal data systems (funded by NCES) tracking individuals with a unique national ID and evaluating ALL TITLE I CHILDREN (that's ALL children under this legislation.) Did you ever wonder why ALL children are eligible for free lunch now.  It is because all children will be considered Title 1 and at risk.  They are basically redefining the meaning of
6. We must investigate the entire TITLE I BLANKET of psychological manipulation of redefining a disability under IDEA and the rehabilitation Act which allows a disability to have interventions....not meeting social and emotional outcomes in Common Core. We can prove this through the contracts revealed in ESEA Flex Waiver. (Interpersonal Skills)
7.  In Dec. 2011 President Obama issued an EO that gutted FERPA protection of our children's data.  MASSIVE Amounts of data will be collected.  All data can and will be shared and that includes biometric data without parental knowledge or consent. This EO will be made permanent law in the NCLB/ESEA reauthorization.

If you need more convincing that we are being deceived again please contact me and I will provide enough proof to make your head spin. THIS IS OBAMA'S EQUITY PLAN.

We are told by DC that Alexander is pushing this through so fast they don't know which way is left.  And why is he pushing it through so fast?  Remember the Blueprint for Reform......read it.  NCLB/ESEA expired in 2007 but NOW it MUST be slammed in. You betcha. Because the citizens in America are pushing back and getting legislators to push back on the federal take over (which Alexander has supported and pushed since the later 80's)  So they have to act fast before we "read the bill to find out what's in the bill"  Well they underestimated us. We are reading the bill and we are finding it must be REPEALED/SUNSETTED not REAUTHORIZED.  DO NOT LET THEM SOFT SHOE YOU because they WILL try. The majority of them have not even read the reauthorization.

If you do nothing else to save our children I am truly begging you to share this with EVERYONE you know and call your US Representative and your 2 US Senators (in TN that includes Alexander).  Let them know we want ESEA/NCLB to be SUNSETTED or outright repealed NOT reauthorized.  Please feel free to provide any feedback you get after you make your calls.  PLEASE start calling.  Leave a message.  If the line is busy keep calling until you get through.   Also send an email to your US Rep. and your 2 US Senators.  We MUST hit them hard.  If you have conservative media contacts, if you belong to a group, if you have friends, neighbors, relatives.  PLEASE get this out to EVERYONE.  Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest..........this issue is more important than any issue we will face and we need to give it as much push as we did with so many issues in the past.   They do respond to phone calls and emails but they must come in hundreds to each Representative and Senator!!!

GOP Floats Reconciliation to Repeal Obamacare

Budget tactic would lower threshold of votes needed
(Daily Signal) – Rep. John Fleming, R-La., is emboldening House leadership to embrace a budget tactic that would lower the threshold of votes needed to rollback provisions of Obamacare.
“We all say that we want to repeal Obamacare, and we would all love a clean, full repeal,” Fleming said in an interview with The Daily Signal. “But the truth is, sometimes it’s kind of like making sausage. You have to do it one step at a time. You’ve got to approach it from the standpoint that you make substantial gains today, and then the next opportunity, you make more.”
Fleming is circulating a letter among Republican colleagues that calls on House leadership to use budget reconciliation to repeal the Affordable Care Act. So far, 20 lawmakers have signed the letter, and Fleming hopes to get 80 more of his colleagues to add their names before sending it to House Speaker John Boehner.
“Mr. Speaker, our constituents are hurting from the consequences of Obamacare, and we urge you to include reconciliation instructions that will repeal all reconcilable aspects of Obamacare in the fiscal year 2016 budget resolution,” the letter to Boehner said.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has not yet said whether he will pursue budget reconciliation to repeal Obamacare, though his office previously said he would be willing to attempt it.
Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., said in a floor speech earlier this month he expects the Senate to use a variety of procedural mechanisms.
“We’re going to use every tool that is out there, including reconciliation,” he said.
Fleming said he’s confident reconciliation can successfully be used to repeal Obamacare, but contended that leadership needs to engage with members on it.
Some leadership aides have dismissed the idea of pushing for budget reconciliation and argue it’s a tool only used in the Senate. Fleming, though, said the process requires collaboration from both chambers.
“Now that we have the Senate and the House fully controlled by Republicans, we need to be working together,” Fleming said. “For them to repeal parts of Obamacare through reconciliation would require some preparatory work on our part. The budget begins in the House, so we would need to begin to format the budget in a way that would make it easier for the Senate to do a budget reconciliation.”
The tactic would not fully repeal the law, but Fleming said reconciliation would dismantle it to severely limit its functionality.
Congress created reconciliation in 1974 with the Budget Act, and it’s a tool at lawmakers’ disposal to balance the budget. The process includes the drafting of “instructions” in a budget resolution that call on House and Senate committees to craft legislation reconciling the law with the budget.
When a reconciliation bill goes before the Senate, it cannot be filibustered, and just 51 votes—a majority—are needed to advance and pass the legislation.
Democrats used the move in 2009 when Congress voted on the Affordable Care Act. Now, almost six years later, Republicans are debating whether to employ the same tactic to push back against the health care law.
GOP leaders have placed a repeal of Obamacare at the top of their priority list now that Republicans control both the House and Senate, though it’s unclear how they plan to do so.
Despite Republicans’ goals, the president threatened to veto any legislation repealing his signature health care law, and budget reconciliation is subject to a veto.
Still, Fleming said the GOP shouldn’t rule out using reconciliation, even if it does get struck down by Obama.
“That’s how you win these battles over long periods of time. You continue to fight. You continue to bring it up. You continue to message it to your constituents and to America in general,” he said. “And when they see that the other side, in this case President Obama, continues to reject what are good ideas, that’s how you build a groundswell of support and finally push it across the finish line.”

Immigrating Muslim Refugees a Bad Idea

America's newest 'Most-Wanted Terrorist' was 'refugee' FBI: Muslim jhadist might re-enter country, 'plot attacks on U.S. soil', by Leo Hohmann, 1/30/15

A Somali-American man who came to the United States as a refugee is now the FBI’s newest “Most Wanted Terrorist” after leaving for Somalia, and a former congresswoman is asking why a bill to prevent American jihadists from re-entering the country has not been acted upon.

Liban Haji Mohamed, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Somalia, is charged with providing material support and resources to both al-Qaida and al-Shabab, a Somalia-based terrorist organization. He is considered particularly dangerous because he worked to recruit other U.S. terrorists for al-Qaida and al-Shabab, the FBI said.

The Somali community in the United States numbers more than 110,000, with large populations in cities such as Minneapolis, Minnesota, Lewiston, Maine, San Diego, California, and Columbus, Ohio, among others where they have been resettled through the United Nations refugee program.

Mohamed, 29, lived in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., and worked as a cab driver in the northern Virginia suburbs, the FBI said. He left the country on or about July 5, 2012, to join the ranks of al-Shabab’s jihadist fighters in Somali, according to a statement posted Jan. 29 on the FBI’s website.

The statement also included a video, photos of Mohamed and a link to his Facebook page.

His older brother, Gulet Mohamed, has been on the government’s no-fly list for four years.

“Al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for many bombings in Somalia and Uganda and the 2013 attack on the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya,” said Carl Ghattas, special agent in charge of the Counterterrorism Division at the FBI’s Washington field office. “Liban Mohamed is believed to have left the U.S. with the intent to join al-Shabab in East Africa. We believe he is currently there operating on behalf of that terrorist organization.”

Mohamed is traveling with a U.S. passport, which means he could try to re-enter the country at any time. His passport does not expire until May 20, 2018.

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., introduced legislation last year to revoke the citizenship of any American caught leaving the country to fight for a foreign terrorist organization.

Bachmann’s bill was not even granted a hearing by House Republican leaders. Sen Ted Cruz, R-Texas, introduced a companion bill in the Senate, which was also ignored.

“I verified with U.S. law enforcement that the U.S. government does not necessarily prevent a known terrorist with a U.S. passport from re-entering the US after they have either supplied material support for terrorism or committed acts of terror themselves,” Bachmann told WND.

“Our refugee policy was introduced by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy and was supported by Vice President Biden while serving in the Senate,” she said. “In my view, this madness is indicative of a nation that has lost the will to survive.”

The U.S. has allowed approximately 110,000 refugees from war-torn Somalia into the U.S. since 1983 through the U.S. State Department’s Refugee Resettlement Program. The program, operated in cooperation with the United Nations, involves what the State Department calls a “rigorous” background check to weed out refugees with terrorist connections.

However, this is not the first time a Somali-American and former refugee has been caught leaving the country to fight for a terrorist organization.

As reported previously by WND, at least 22 Somalis from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, which has the largest population of Somali-Americans, have left the country to fight for al-Shabab or al-Qaida, while several others have gone to fight or ISIS, the FBI told WND last summer. Two from the area were reported last year to have died on the battlefield in Syria.

Another, 18-year-old Abdullahi Yusuf, worked at the Minneapolis airport washing planes. He had obtained a passport and purchased a plane ticket to Istanbul last May with plans to join up with ISIS in Syria when the FBI caught wind of his plans and arrested him. He was charged in November with conspiracy to support a terrorist organization. However, the case came to court last week and the teen was given a surprisingly light sentence. The felony charge could have landed him in prison for 15 years or longer, but a federal judge sent him to a halfway house with plans to “integrate him back into the community,” the Voice of America reported.

Just how many Somalis have been radicalized in the United States is not known. More than 99 percent of the Somalis transplanted into the U.S. since 1991 are of the Sunni Muslim faith.

While living in northern Virginia, Mohamed was a recruiter and worked to radicalize other young Muslims for al-Shabab, which historically has recruited Westerners to go to Somalia and fight for them, Ghattas said.

“Not only did Mohamed choose to go to Somalia and fight with al-Shabab, he took a prominent role in trying to recruit people and have them train with weapons,” Ghattas said.

A federal warrant for Mohamed’s arrest was unsealed Jan. 29 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Virginia. Besides adding Mohamed to the terrorist list and offering a reward for information leading to his arrest and conviction, the FBI is also publicizing the case on social media channels in Somalia and elsewhere to encourage people to come forward with information about the dangerous fugitive.

“It is important for us to locate Mohamed because he has knowledge of the Washington, D.C., area’s infrastructure such as shopping areas, Metro, airports and government buildings,” Ghattas explained. “This makes him an asset to his terrorist associates who might plot attacks on U.S. soil.”

Bachmann thwarted in attempt to help Coptic Christians

The U.N. and the Muslim Brotherhood-friendly U.S. State Department determine which refugees are allowed to enter the U.S. and determine where they will be placed, Bachmann said.

This week senior leaders of the Egyptian-based Muslim Brotherhood met in Washington, D.C., with State Department officials, according to Bachmann.

The Brotherhood members tweeted of their meeting, “Now in the US State Dept. Your [US government] steadfastness impresses everyone,” Bachmann said.

“Presumably they mean steadfastness to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Two days after the D.C. meeting, (Thursday, Jan. 29), the Muslim Brotherhood posted on their website a call for continual jihad and violence against the Egyptian government,” Bachmann old WND. “State and local governments have every reason to push back against U.N. and Obama State Department policy, which prefers Third World Muslim populations over others.”

Bachmann, who just left office earlier this month, cited a specific case of what she believes was State Department bias against persecuted Christian minorities in a Muslim country.

“Some months ago I attempted to help Coptic Christians from Egypt flee after they had been violently attacked by the Muslim Brotherhood,” she said. “The State Department denied the Christians petitions for refugee status.”

International bulletin issued for Mohamed

Shortly after leaving the U.S, the international police organization Interpol issued a blue notice for Mohamed to collect additional information about his identity, location and activities. On Aug. 15, 2014, Interpol issued a red notice to seek him as a wanted fugitive.

Mohamed speaks English, Somali and Arabic. He is black, 6 feet tall, weighs about 194 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He could be using aliases including Abu Ayrow, Shirwa, Shirwac, Qatiluhum and Qatil, according to the FBI report.

Mohamed was a close associate of convicted terrorist Zachary Chesser, who was sentenced in 2011 to 25 years in prison for attempting to provide material support to al Shabaab, according to the FBI.

Those on the list have been charged in the U.S. for their alleged involvement in various terrorist attacks or planned attacks around the world against U.S. interests or persons.

FBI Director Robert Mueller said in late 2013 he was “absolutely” concerned that the more than 22 young American-Somali men may return to the U.S. with their passports and attempt to carry out an attack on U.S. soil similar to the foiled plot in Australia, in which Somali-Australians allegedly affiliated with al-Shabab planned to carry out a suicide attack on a Sydney army base after returning from Somalia.

Somali refugees by the numbers

The Refugee Act of 1980 required the Office of Refugee Resettlement to begin reporting to Congress annually. In the first 10 years of the program, from 1983 to 1993, there were 4,413 Somalis admitted as refugees. The escalation of Somali refugees being resettled in the United States can be seen in the graph below.

The graph shows that we have admitted 109207 Somali refugees since 1993.
