Illegal Alien Removal 6-23-24

If Trump wins in 2024, he will first remove all criminal Illegal Aliens. He will next begin removing all other Illegal Aliens who entered the country, unvetted, from 2021 to 2025. He will complete building the border and not allow illegals to cross the border. If Trump wins, we expect that Illegal Aliens will begin to leave on their own. The unvetted Illegals will all be sent back to their home countries.

US laws that deal with immigration should be reviewed and tightened based on merit.

The “anchor baby” problem should be removed with an Amendment if necessary. Children who are born in the US with parents who are foreign nationals, should be considered citizens of their parents’ country.

Corporations should not be allowed to replace their US citizen employees working in the US with foreign national employees or temp services.

Amnesty should be removed as a criteria. We should let South American countries fix their own problems. The need for immigration should be handled by continent by surrounding countries with similar populations.

The US should revert back to the “brain drain” and use the Visa system to fill needed openings with the best candidates. Corporations would sponsor candidates for H1b and H2b and other Visas.

The 20 million Illegals who entered the US from the 1980s to 2016 are a different matter. Those who applied for Amnesty and were granted Amnesty have likely become US citizens.

Some of the 20 million have married US citizens, have raised children and have jobs. They should not be allowed to vote in the US for anything until they are able to become US citizens.  Many remain “off the radar” and don’t have drivers’ licenses. Some own small businesses and have the business owned by their US citizen spouses.

Some of the 20 million may be able to apply for H2B visas if they are able to get corporate sponsorship under current law.  They may need to pay fines as part of this process.

Congress must review the Visa categories to remove unnecessary visa types.

The current torrent of Visa categories reflects the globalism that prevails today. Countries are learning that global supply chains are vulnerable and the economies of countries depends on how much they produce of what they consume. We can no longer afford to “buy the world a coke”. The US State Departments operates diplomacy with bribery and needs to operate diplomacy with total economic isolation of bad actors.

The US needs to re-shore manufacturing beginning with critical industry segments like steel and critical pharmaceuticals. A further reduction in corporate taxes needs to level the playing-field and attract all manufacturing to return to rural cities.
