GOP Rep Publicly Accuses Obama of TREASON

(Conservative Tribune) – A Republican congresswoman is unhappy with President Barack Obama’s handling of the Syrian refugee issue in the United States so, in a gutsy move, she vocalized some strong opinions about the president this week.

According to BuzzFeed News, Representative Ann Wagner spoke bluntly Friday in a radio interview when she said that President Obama “stood up for ISIS” when he criticized GOP leaders in their call to disallow Syrian emigration to the United States.

“Here is what disgusts me, this is just, you know, early morning me here, but I thought what the president did earlier in his press conference was an absolute disgrace,” the Missouri Republican said in the interview with KFTK in St. Louis.

Wagner went on to say that by criticizing those concerned for America’s safety, Obama took a stand against America and freedom.

“He decided to pick a fight and stand up for ISIS and stand up against the side of freedom and to pick a fight with not just Republicans, but Democrats, over this refugee issue,” she stated. “It is a politicization. It is a deflecting measure.”

Wagner was speaking in reaction to a press conference Obama held earlier this week in which he slammed Republicans for calling on his administration to stop Syrian immigration because of security concerns. “Apparently they are scared of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America,” he said. “At first they were too scared of the press being too tough on them in the debates. Now they are scared of 3-year-old orphans. That doesn’t seem so tough to me.”

Republican and Democrat fears over the security are justified, however, as it has been recently revealed that the immigrants are not composed of merely widows and orphans. Recent numbers have showed that the majority are men and women of military age, capable of conducting terrorist activities.

Rep. Wagner could not be more correct in her statements. The Obama administration is not correctly analyzing or handling the Syrian refugee situation in America. By not considering the legitimate fears of lawmakers and the people they represent, Obama is thumbing his nose at America and the entire concept of freedom.
