FDA Problems

One-Third of New Drugs Have Safety Issues

The FDA is also blamed for not ensuring that consumers have more choices to avoid drug price gouging.

There are lots of reports by patients that their $100 prescription drugs now cost $900. The FDA needs to address this.

At HHS, Tom Price is supposed to be determining what policies to employ to drive the cost curve down and should be coming out with the plan later this year.
