Populism

Populism is defined as support for the concerns of ordinary people.

In the US, ordinary people have witnessed the US economy being destroyed by Democrat sponsored federal laws. Trump understood their concerns and put them “center-stage” in his campaign and got elected.

Not long ago, these ordinary people saw their teenagers working in fast-food, retail and other minimum wage jobs, so they could learn how to work.  They saw their college graduates getting salaried professional jobs that paid well enough for them to become self-supporting. They saw their children get married and have a house and children of their own.

Over the past 30 years, these signs of Americans’ ability to live the “American Dream” have diminished slowly and almost unnoticeably.  Glen Beck said it’s like putting a frog in a pot full of water and turning the burner on low.  The frog hardly noticed he was being cooked.

Our current decline can be traced to Democrat laws passed in the 1960s with the introduction of federal government intrusion into education propaganda, subsidized healthcare and welfare programs aimed at destroying families. The 1965 Immigration law opened the flood-gate to welfare immigrants.

To weaken our economy and social fabric, government passed anti-discrimination laws that have turned deadly. Government has involved us in expansive, useless, unnecessary wars, overspent and introduced bribery and extortion to the corruption in our government.

In 1989, Bush I doubled immigration from 500 thousand to over 1 million a year that quickly became 2 million, then 3 million a year.  Government refused to allow oil drilling and refused to close the Mexican border. He signed UN Agenda 21 based on the global warming hoax.

In 1993, Clinton passed NAFTA to off-shore all US manufacturing jobs.  He implemented UN Agenda 21

In 2000, Bush II engaged in expensive wars and increased the national debt from $5 trillion to $10 trillion. He failed repeal the anti-discrimination laws that caused the 2008 Meltdown.

In 2008, Obama jammed down on UN Agenda 21 implementation and squandered $trillions on “transforming” the US into a Socialist 3rd world country, ready to become a “region” of the UN global government. He increased the national debt from $10 trillion to $20 trillion.

The concerns of ordinary people were overlooked as household income sank along with the US workforce participation rate and the economic freedom index. US citizens, like government, are being supported by credit subsidies. These loans will need to be repaid. We need to get to work.
