25 States have no Democrat Senators.  19 States have 2 Democrat Senators.  33 Senate seats will be elected in November 2026.

Republicans need to win Democrat Senate seats in Georgia, Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Virginia, New Jersey and New Mexico.

Allowing only eligible US Citizens to vote should be legally established by the Supreme Court by November 2026. This would also apply to the number of US House seats. After the Midterms, Republicans should pass Laws supporting all Supreme Court’s findings.
