Broun: The Leader Georgia Needs in the U.S. Senate

Athens, GA – The Broun for Senate campaign today released the following statement after the GOP debate at the Columbia County Exhibition Center in Grovetown, GA.

"In 2007, I came to Congress to put a stop to big government and the out-of-control spending that comes with it. Though it has often been a lonely fight, it has been a necessary one. While the other candidates in this race claim to be 'conservative' or an 'outsider' - I am the only candidate with the proven record of saying 'No' to big government and excess spending, and 'Yes' to individual liberty and freedom. Actions speak louder than words, and my record speaks for itself. As the candidate with the strongest record to face Michelle Nunn, I stand ready to fight for Georgians' conservative values.  Through the support of 'We the People' this is a race we can win."
