US Rainfall needs to be channeled to reservoirs to prevent
flooding and fill the aquafers to create more arable land. Too much rain-water is currently wasted and
flows out to the oceans.
The “Dust Bowl” drought ran from 1930 to 1936 along-side of the
Great Depression.
