US Illegal Immigration Problem 12824

The Supreme Court will only rule on the Constitutional jurisdiction. They will wait for the Federal Government to return to Trump policies. It’s up to Congress to impeach Biden for failure to enforce the laws on the books, but the Democrat Senate won’t approve Biden’s impeachment.

Florida is imposing E-Verify to keep illegals from working in Florida and requiring other tight controls..

On May 10, 2023, Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 1718 to combat the dangerous effects of illegal immigration caused by the federal government’s reckless border policies. This legislation makes using E-Verify mandatory for any employer with 25 or more employees, imposes enforceable penalties for those employing illegal aliens, and enhances penalties for human smuggling. Additionally, this bill prohibits local governments from issuing Identification Cards (ID) to illegal aliens, invalidates ID cards issued to illegal aliens in other states, and requires hospitals to collect and submit data on the costs of providing health care to illegal aliens. More on today’s announcement can be found here.

All Republican State Legislatures should adopt the Florida’s Law to require all businesses to comply with E-Verify Laws to discourage employers from hiring illegal immigrants and institute all other requirements in this law

They could pass a law prohibiting land-lords from renting apartments to illegal immigrants.

Florida Authorities Arrest Undocumented Migrant Under State’s New Law

MIAMI — A Mexican citizen taken into custody for allegedly driving without U.S. papers and transporting undocumented people was one of the first people to be arrested under Florida's controversial SB 1718, considered the most restrictive state law regarding migrants in the United States.

The current move by Republican Governors to claim that States should be able to protect their States from illegal alien invasion sounds reasonable, but this could result in Democrat States getting all the illegals to expand their populations, give work permits, push for citizenship and let illegals vote. States Laws should be able to not allow illegals into their States.

US illegal immigrant counts are up to 302,000 in December 2023. 10 million illegals entered the US from 2021 to 2023.

Church members should end their contributions to churches who are acting as subcontractors to settle and support illegal immigrants. This includes Catholic Charities and other church and non-church non-profit groups.

We need to let illegal immigrants know what States don’t want them and that they will eventually be deported to get this immigrant flow to be reduced. Sanctuary Cities should repeal their Sanctuary status.

As illegal immigration moves from 10 million to 13 million, Biden is likely to loose to Trump in 2024. Trump will reinstall ICE to arrest and deport illegals in 2025. He will need to withhold federal grants to Sanctuary States and Cities This might dissuade illegals from coming if they believe Trump will win in 2024.
