Government Spending Control 2-10-25

DOGE is proving that the Congress is woefully ignorant of what Agencies have been spending. This ignorance is especially landing on the Oversight Committee. Democrats have supported unlimited global welfare spending that will lead to bankrupting the US government to allow a Marxist takeover of the US. Republicans have been skeptical, but have had no success in reversing this trend until now. We are not going to solve this problem with “band aids”. We need to reorganize the House and Senate to to be able to control spending in “real time”. 

Control of the “Purse” needs to include Spending, not just appropriating. The US House needs to change how it operates. Too little time is spent on controlling Federal Spending. This has allowed the “Deep State” at Agencies that reside in the “Executive” to go rogue.

The Federal Reserve should concentrate on limiting “money printing” to prevent inflation and require them to keep tight control of the money supply.  This will encourage Banks to favor Democrats.

Committee assignments have been made to equal members of each of 2 parties. Whatever knowledge newly elected members bring to their elective offices should be utilized. Those assigned to fund and monitor spending by the DOD or CIA should have military experience. Those assigned to fund and monitor spending by HHS should have medical knowledge. Most of those assigned to other Agencies should have business and other relevant experience.

The Congress has always encouraged loyalty to their “Traditions” and this should be a sign that there is corruption embedded in their “Traditions”. Republicans in Congress have always felt that something is wrong, but have been too distracted to investigate what DOGE has discovered.  

Congress should monitor all grants proposed by Agencies and should be able to delay these grants until they know what the money trail is.  This will require access by Congress of Grants being considered and continual upgrading of computer systems and database sharing. AI is needed to make this happen. Congressional Staff needs to be assigned in the House and Senate to monitor and report Agency activities.
