The decades of manufacturing job offshoring since the 1970s has taken a toll on Rural Jobs and Georgia is the “poster child” of this loss of jobs. Rural Georgia Counties have lost hospitals, doctors’ offices and population.
The damage caused by the “globalism hoax” will take years to reverse in the “rural US” in every State. The only businesses left in the rural US are tied to agriculture.
In 2025, Georgia is actively encouraging job creation in rural areas through various incentives and programs, including the Georgia Rural Zones Program and the Georgia Agribusiness and Rural Jobs Act (GARJA). These initiatives aim to revitalize historic downtown areas, support local economies, and attract businesses to rural communities.

Current Georgia Law will make the initiatives cited above impossible unless the Georgia Legislature repeals all Georgia Regionalism Laws.
Georgia
State Law authorizing US Agenda 21 by adopting Regionalism and standardizing
all City Charters and Zoning Powers to establish “Mega Cities”. This occurred
in 2009. All city ordinances were made identical. The “Municipal League” became
the bureaucracy responsible for indoctrinating newly elected city counsel
members.
ECLEI became the UN Agenda 21 compliance agency and the American Planning Commission controlled all infrastructure through the GADOT.
In Georgia, candidates for City Counsel are not required to disclose their Political Party, consequently, most candidates are Democrats. This needs to change, so voters know more about these candidates. They overspend on invasive, unnecessary 12 foot wide sidewalks for bikers and prefer the expansion of “Public Land”.
Prior to the Offshoring of Manufacturing Jobs, Rural Counties and Cities would offer “tax holidays” to manufacturing companies who located manufacturing jobs to these Rural areas.
