Refugee Resettlement Cost Comparisons

It will cost taxpayers $650,000 to resettle each refugee in the US.  This comes from the report that we will spend $6.5 billion for 10,000 refugee resettlement in the US.  Assuming that the Chamber of Communists can’t wait to hire them, they will be subsidized by taxpayers for food stamps, housing subsidies and cash welfare.

So, if any of these refugees actually seek employment it will probably be at minimum wage and they will turn it down because if they take it, they will lose $400 a month worth of food stamps.

They will likely remain unemployed and on welfare.  That will give them a lot of time to go to their mosque, build some bombs and plan a terror attack.

Peaceful Muslims might volunteer to get their Muslim candidates elected to the City Council or volunteer to go to our schools to explain Islam to the kids.

Either way, I think $650,000 is too much to pay for just one Muslim refugee.

It would only cost the taxpayers $560 to resettle one refugee in a safe zone in Jordan or Syria or some other Muslim country.  That comes from the report that we would spend $5.6 million to resettle 10,000 refugees in their own region.  I think paying $560 is a better deal.

That would save $6,494,440,000.  So, why doesn’t our Congress think it’s a better deal ?

After 7 years of Obama running fast and loose with US Law, it’s time Congress draw the line on Muslim refugee resettlement.  I bet we could have gotten a veto-proof vote on a clean CR with a No More Muslims amendment.
