10th Amendment Compliance

Assuming that the GOP will win the Whitehouse in 2016, there are a number of changes that will be introduced by the Whitehouse.  Unless a lot more seats in Congress go to real Conservatives, Liberals there in both Parties may stop any reduction in our Big Government and stop any movement toward true 10th Amendment compliance.  Liberals in both parties work for the special interests and the continuation of a Big Federal Government.

Out here with the folks, we see lots of targets for federal budget cuts, but until more voters and politicians begin to adopt the worldview the folks have, not much will change unless conservatives have a strategy.  Immigration needs to be cut to the bone to the benefit of unemployed US citizens.  The TPP must be defeated.  Corporate tax needs to be lowered. The global warming hoax needs to be fully examined, condemned and eradicated.

Our reasons for wanting 10th Amendment compliance stem from the fact that many of the unconstitutional activities the federal government has assumed are very expensive failures.  Healthcare and Education are two federal government controlled industries that need to be reformed by the free market.  Other agencies have become rogue, like Interior, HUD and the EPA and need to be closed.  Others either do nothing or do it wrong, like Energy, Labor, Banking, Lending, Commerce, Homeland Security and State.  Moving these function to the States would bring the federal government closer to compliance with the US Constitution.   Grants to states and grants to the non-profits, useless University research grants, subsidies and foreign aid of all kinds total about $1 trillion a year that we need to use to pay off the debt.

Politicians whose first loyalty is to the government workforce should not worry about the States taking over these functions.  Those with solid technical expertise and good judgement will find jobs in the States.

The need to reign in socialism needs to be understood by everybody.  If we had been able to invest our 15.3% of our gross pay for the last 50 years with half in stocks and half in fixed, we would have 3 times the balance in our retirement accounts and our heirs would receive the $1 million balance.

If we did financial analysis on everything government does, we would find free market, private sector alternatives that would save 80% of our costs.

We need revolutionary reform of the federal government.  If we don’t have a plan, like following the US Constitution, we will fail and the US will cease to exist and be taken over permanently by Communist tyrants.

Government needs to be reformed and set up to deal with our common traditional infrastructure, defense, sensible laws, honest courts and very little else.  The federal government has failed enough to be restricted to its 14 enumerated powers.  State government should also be restricted to similar limits.
