Economics 101

We need 6 changes to bring jobs back to the US:

1 Stop Immigration,
2 Cut Corporate Tax Rate to zero.
3 Keep Electric Bills Low
4 Remove our Trade Deficits.
5 Remove destructive Regulations
6 Remove unconstitutional Laws

We have been in a Jobs Depression since 2008. This was caused by US Immigration Policy.

Jobs & Immigration

We add 1.8 million jobs each year in the US; most have been minimum wage jobs. We add 1.8 million new grads each year to the US workforce.  We also add 1.8 million new immigrants with work permits. Immigrants have taken most of the jobs that were created each year. We have added 61 million immigrants to the US over the past 3 decades.  We have 94 million working-age US citizens who do not have jobs.

In 1989, immigration doubled from 500,000 a year to over 1,000,000 a year.  In 1992, Bush I signed on to Agenda 21 promising a 5-fold increase in energy costs. In 1993, Clinton signed NAFTA guaranteeing the off-shoring of most manufacturing jobs. The Corporate Tax rate remained at 25%.

The US has been on a course toward economic suicide since 1989. Off-shoring US manufacturing has been around since the 1950s and started with clothing and shoes. In 1968, Lyndon Johnson began to increase immigration to the US and “refugees” were given their own program.

Our immigration system has always expanded and contracted based on our need for labor. We expanded greatly in the 1800s to accommodate settling the West, building the railroads and entering the industrial revolution.

In 1930, we suspended all immigration for a decade because of the lack of jobs during the “Great Depression”.  We also suspended immigration in 1941 due to World War II. We have reached a point where we have imported too many immigrants and refugees and need to suspend immigration for another decade.

The 18 million jobs that will be created in that decade should go to the 94 million working-age US citizens who don’t have jobs. That would take the number who don’t have jobs down to 76 million.

We have a number of immigration policies we need to stop including “anchor babies”, lottery, chain migration, foreign summer student employment and all others.

We should keep 100,000 slots for H2A seasonal agricultural workers for harvest and 100,000 slots for H1B MSEE grad students from our Universities.

Cut Corporate Tax to zero

We need to cut our corporate tax from 25% to zero to give manufacturers a chance to return operations to the US. At the same time, we should remove all subsidies to these corporations.  We also need to give investors a tax break to repatriate their off-shore profits to invest in US expansion.

Keep Electric Rates Low

Returning manufacturing to the US requires that we maintain low electric rates. This requires that we maintain our coal fired power plants.  We would ignore all carbon capture regulations and never pay a carbon tax.

Reduce Trade Deficits

We need to ensure that our trade deficit is reduced. These deficits are caused by foreign governments’ devaluing their currency to make their goods cheaper. These foreign governments also allow foreign companies to infringe on US patents and copyrights.  They also hack our computers. There should be consequences for these crimes.  We can tax their goods and services that come in to the US and we can limit these imports to match our exports to them.

When oil and natural gas demand rises to more normal levels and prices rise and the US begins to increase exports of these, our trade deficits will disappear.

Remove destructive Regulations

Remove destructive EPA air and water, Interior land grabs, HUD zoning, UN social engineering and other job and property value killing regulations and close those departments and agencies.

Remove unconstitutional Laws
Remove unconstitutional departments, agencies and programs and enforce constitutional laws on the books.

Government Subsidies & Pricing

Pricing needs to be imposed by the free market.  If prices are too high, consumers don’t buy those items.  That, in turn, forces corporations to reduce these prices and find ways to increase efficiency.

When government subsidizes anything, it corrupts the pricing mechanism, so prices of things that are subsidized go higher than their “value”. Government must phase out all subsidies.

Healthcare and Education costs are out of control because they are heavily subsidized and controlled by government.

Obamacare must be repealed completely to remove the 30 hour workweek and the fines for not carrying insurance.

Education must be given back to the States and the People to bring efficiency to the process.

Sovereign Suicide

UN Agenda 21 implementation in the US has been costly and damaging. We need to cancel Agenda 21 in the US. It was based on the global warming hoax and has resulted in undermining our sovereignty.  We need to quit the UN in retaliation for this scam.
Government has imposed open borders and out-of-control visas that allow criminals and terrorists to illegally enter the country easily for decades. We need to clean this up.

Muslim immigration has ruined Europe. The US must stop Muslim refugee and regular immigration for 10 years until the war on terror has ended.  After that, we should still consider not allowing Muslims to immigrate to the US, because their religion is also a system of governance that is incompatible with our US Constitution and Laws.

Our National Debt will soon be $20 trillion. This needs to be paid off.  Government should budget $1 trillion a year to pay interest and principle on this debt. Interest on the Debt was $402 billion in 2015. If interest rates remain at 3%, the debt could be paid off in less than 30 years.

Government has ignored the US Constitution and has assumed illegal powers. This includes the addition of federal departments, agencies and programs that are not allowed. These functions are the responsibility of the States and the People under the 10th Amendment.

Bringing the federal government into compliance with the Constitution will result in a considerable reduction in departments, agencies and programs. The savings involved will allow the federal government to pay off the debt and do a better job with their legal responsibilities. They may even find the time to read bills and repeal laws that are no longer allowed.

Our current campaign finance laws do not allow voters to expect that their elected officials will vote the will of the People. Restricting campaign contributions to registered voters would remove special interests from controlling legislation. Special interests can exercise their political voice on their own websites and ads. Voters would be able to make campaign contributions to whoever would appear on their ballot. Candidates would need a website with their bio and positions on all issues, some yard signs and lots of volunteers.
