Who Was Really Behind the Violent Protests at the Cancelled Trump Rally

After a recent Donald Trump rally in Chicago had to be cancelled because a bunch of violent thugs showed up to “protest” (meaning create chaos, attack police), we’ve seen something absolutely unprecedented happening on the right. Fellow GOP candidates and other “conservatives” are blaming Trump for the violence, not the actual people who were being violent.

It stands to reason in a world where we’ve coddled our children to the point of not letting them experience the real world until they are thrust into it, teaching them that nothing they do is ever their fault and there is always someone else to blame for everything, that this would happen.

I just never expected to see this kind of nonsense coming from the right. The left is known for their promoting of the victim mentality, but the right has always advocated for personal responsibility.

Shortly after the violent events took place, Ilya Sheyman, executive director of MoveOn.org – the George Soros backed leftist group – took credit for the violence at the cancelled Trump event. He even promised more of the same at future Trump political events.

Infowars reported that, “Mr. Trump and the Republican leaders who support him and his hate-filled rhetoric should be on notice after tonight’s events,” on the George Soros funded MoveOn web page. “To all of those who took to the streets of Chicago, we say thank you for standing up and saying enough is enough. To Donald Trump, and the GOP, we say, welcome to the general election.”

MoveOn has consistently functioned as a lobby group for the policies of the Obama administration, including the disaster of Obamacare and the continuation of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and the escalation of the war on terror that has turned America into a police and surveillance state. In 2007 it backed a bill trotted out by then Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to continue financing the occupation of Iraq.

The group acts as a front for wealthy Democrats. It was founded with the help of the financier George Soros who donated $1.46 million to get the organization rolling. Linda Pritzker of the Hyatt hotel family gave the group a $4 million donation.

The violent demonstration in Chicago on Friday may represent a precursor to the sort of activity the organization will engage in as it tries to “shut down” its political enemies and elect either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders. A sober look at the truth of what went on at the cancelled Chicago event and what could be in store going forward.

Here you can see what was going on at the cancelled Trump rally and hear the shouts for “Bernie, Bernie.” Now, if Trump supporters had shown up at a Bernie rally, gotten violent and tried to shut down the event, would the media and everyone on the left have blamed Bernie the way the right is blaming Trump? Probably not.
