FEMA Camp Unveiled In Texas Ready For Upcoming Civil War. Footage released this week shows a huge new FEMA camp in Texas that insiders claim is ready to open its doors to the masses in the event of a civil war. 

On October 17, 2006, President Bush signed the John Warner Defense Authorization Act into law. This allows the President to declare a “public emergency” at his own discretion, imposing martial law across the land and place federal troops anywhere throughout the United States.

The President can now deploy federal troops to U.S. cities, at will, which eliminates the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act. For those who don’t know, The Posse Comitatus Act is what has prevented the U.S. military from having the ability to police it’s own citizens for over 135 years. That is no longer the case, so people need to realize that President Obama can now declare Martial Law anytime he sees fit to do so. That is not a “myth.” That is not a “conspiracy.” That is a bona fide fact. I get bombarded with comments and emails about my tin foil hat, or being a “conspiracy loon,” and to those people I can only say this: I am only responsible for what I say; I am not responsible for what you understand. Period. The following text is quoted directly from theJohn Warner Defense Authorization Act. Please note that is was passed in 2006.

“Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies.” Section 333, “Major public emergencies; interference with State and Federal law” states that “the President may employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States, the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of (“refuse” or “fail” in) maintaining public order, “in order to suppress, in any State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.”

Now, please recall what President Obama said from the FEMA National Response Coordination Center in Washington on May 31. The following excerpt from Obama’s speechcomes directly from the official White House website:

“One of the things that we have learned over the course of the last seven and a half years is that government plays a vital role, but it is every citizen’s responsibility to be prepared for a disaster. And that means taking proactive steps, like having an evacuation plan, having a fully stocked disaster supply kit. If your local authorities ask you to evacuate, you have to do it. Don’t wait.”

During his speech, Obama didn’t hesitate to mention something anyone who’s been following FEMA for a while must have cringed at hearing. Obama told Americans that now there is “a FEMA app” that can direct you to the nearest “FEMA shelter” in the event of a major emergency. A “FEMA Shelter” is about as much of a “shelter” as Obamacare is “affordable.” FEMA Shelter’s are internment camps. You can call them whatever helps you sleep at night, but when they lock from the OUTSIDE, I’ll call them what they are: Internment camps.

Consider some of the scenarios experts have said Americans should be bracing for: A west coast earthquake, a New Madrid earthquake, a tsunami on either the east or west coasts, a meteor impact, Islamic terror, war, an EMP BURST that takes down the power grid, cyberwarfare, economic collapse, or civil unrest resulting in the imposition of Martial Law.If only that were all. We’re also supposed to be on alert for the possibility of a major volcanic eruption, or the possibility of a “natural” OR “engineered” pandemic. BUT, does any of that mean people will be shipped off to FEMA Camps? First, the video below is a compilation of horrifying recent news clips taken from the mainstream media outlining how very real things are getting… and why it’s time Americans start to get serious, and begin taking steps to prepare their households for what is increasingly looking like the inevitability of Martial Law. Following the passage of the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, the U.S. Army Manual had to be re-written to include it’s operational procedures for if/when the president does declare Martial Law.  Should the president decide to use the military to carry out “Civil Disturbance Operations,” troops can be used domestically to quell RIOTS (what is EXACTLY what Democracy Spring and Black Lies Matter are promising if Trump gets elected), to confiscate firearms, or even KILL Americans on U.S. soil during a period of massive civil unrest. It’s worth noting that the U.S. Pentagon has already announced it’s PLANNING for massive civil unrest, and as I mentioned, George Soros backed groups Democracy Spring and Black Lies Matter are promising civil unrest, so any notion that massive civil unrest is “conspiracy theory” is pure nonsense.

Furthermore, the U.S. Army Manual FM 3-19.40 for Internment/Resettlement Operations, is very clear about how internees would be “RE-EDUCATED” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States. I’ve heard just about everything imaginable trying to debunk the FEMA Camps, but they do so out of pure ignorance. People really should save the time and energy spent trying to debunk FEMA Camps, and instead do as President Obama advised on May 31st, 2016: PREPARE FOR AN EMERGENCY OR DISASTER!

FEMA Camps are already in place, the legislation is already in place, the massive civil unrest has been promised by both our own Pentagon and radical left wing groups, and there’s even a backup force to assist in rounding up Americans, disarming them, and forcing them into FEMA Camps if the U.S. military won’t do it. You don’t think so? Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian population.

Demobilization is the formal and controlled discharge of active combatants from armed forces and groups, including a phase of “reinsertion” which provides short-term assistance to ex-combatants.

Reintegration is the process by which ex-combatants acquire civilian status and gain sustainable employment and income. It is a political, social and economic process with an open time-frame, primarily taking place in communities at the local level.

The objective of the DDR process is to contribute to security and stability in post-conflict environments so that recovery and development can begin. DDR helps create an enabling environment for political and peace processes by dealing with security problem that arises when ex-combatants are trying to adjust to normal life, during the vital transition period from conflict to peace and development.

Does U.N. activity automatically mean there should be cause for alarm and hysterics with everyone screaming “Martial Law” and “FEMA Camps?” No, but as I often say, do NOT view anything in a vacuum. Virtually any story, when viewed in a vacuum can certainly appear innocuous enough. Sure! I get that. No arguments here. However, in almost five years of writing and 5,177 posts at The Last Great Stand, 749 are about Martial Law and FEMA Camps, and the information within those posts comes from hundreds of different authors, and from hundreds of different sources.

In the video below Professor Doom1 makes a point to highlight the stealth with which these U.N. forces are attempting to operate here on U.S. soil, often covering up their U.N. logos. If these forces aren’t nefarious in nature, why the need for the secrecy? Enough said!
