When I see people with an “I Voted!” sticker, my first
thought is, “Shame on you!”
Imagine 12 people are serving on a jury in a murder case.
The prosecution and defense present evidence and call witnesses. The court asks
the jury to reach a verdict. They find the defendant guilty.
Suppose four of the jurors paid no attention during the
trial. When asked to deliberate, they were ignorant of the details of the case.
They decided more or less at random.
Suppose four of the jurors paid some attention to the
evidence. However, they found the defendant guilty not on the basis of the
evidence, but on wishful thinking and on bizarre conspiracy theories they
happen to believe.
Suppose four of the jurors paid attention to the
evidence. However, they found the defendant guilty because he is an atheist,
while they are Christians. Like many Americans, the jurors trust atheists no
more than they trust rapists.
The jurors acted in a vile and despicable way. The
defendant is possibly innocent. He does not consent to the outcome of the
decision. The decision will be imposed upon him through violence and threats of
violence. The decision could harm him, and deprive him of property, liberty, or
even life. Jurors have a moral obligation to decide these kinds of cases in a
competent and morally reasonable way.
This line of reasoning applies even more strongly to the
electorate as a whole. Political decisions are high stakes. Most citizens are
innocent. Almost none of us consent to the outcome of the election or to our
government.* The outcomes—including all ensuing laws, regulations, taxes,
budget expenditures, wars, and so on—are imposed upon us through violence and
threats of violence. These decisions can and so harm us, and can and do deprive
many of us of property, liberty, and even life. At first glance, we should
think that voters, like jurors, have a moral obligation to vote in a competent
and morally reasonable way.
They owe it to the rest of us to abstain. Citizens have
no duty to vote, but if they do vote, they MUST vote well, for what they
justifiably believe will promote good government. The one man, one vote decision was made in 1964 by a
SCOTUS that was made unconstitutional in 1913 with the illegal ratification of
the 17th Amendment. Therefore the results of that decision are unconstitutional
AND illegal! No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no
courts are bound to enforce it.
If that law is arbitrary to the constitution, if it
renders you subject to illegal or unconstitutional laws and acts it is in fact,
null and void.
Who confirms all Federal Judges and Supreme Court
Justices, THE SENATE of the United States of America! Now made up of vain and
aspiring people, that depend on "special interests" and promises they
can NEVER keep, to get elected or re-elected by a mostly ignorant
"so-called" democracy. A democracy that seldom reaches a majority,
rather a majority of a minority, which is NOT democracy at all.
The Constitution is VERY clear that the PEOPLE
(collectively) and the STATES, the assemblies thereof, (collectively) ARE two
separate things.
Article V specifies the means by which the Constitution
of the United States can be amended. It ends by forbidding amendments that
would repeal the language in Article I, Section 3, which provides for equal
representation of the STATES, not the PEOPLE, in the Senate. It is the only
textually entrenched provision of the Constitution. "no state, without its
consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate"—IS a
permanent prohibition.
This un-amendable provision shows how seriously the
smaller states were committed to protecting the "original federal
design." Whereby the PEOPLE were to be represented proportionately in the
House and the STATES equally in the Senate.
The provision does more than protect the equal
representation of small states. It ensures a polity of mixed sovereignty, one
in which the states are an integral part of the federal government. This, of
course, is precisely why those who do not think the Constitution
"democratic" enough would wish to remove that portion of the
Constitution. They argue variously that Article V can be amended through the
convention mechanism; or by the people as a whole as stated in the Preamble;
or, more brazenly, by first amending out the provision of the Fifth Amendment,
and then requiring the Senate to be apportioned by population. Such proposals
are inconsistent with the vision of the Framers and would undermine the
structural plan of the Constitution. That plan was an integrated and dynamic
federalism and anything else IS unconstitutional!
Denying the states their intended role in the the United
States of America federal government by abolishing their equality in the Senate
destroyed the grounding of the Union. Moreover, as the text itself stands, at
most the provision could only technically be voided by the unanimous consent of
all the states. NOT by ratification of 3/4rd's or more of the states.
Even the proposal of the 17th Amendment was
unconstitutional without FIRST getting consent by ALL the states!
It is up to the PEOPLE to enforce the contract they
offered to and accepted by the states, The Constitution for the United States
of America. It is up to US to educate our state lawmakers of their duty to
support the Constitution, then force them to do so. The 17th Amendment was made
part of the law and any unconstitutional law is null and void, therefore the
17th Amendment is NULL and VOID. States have to pass a binding resolution recognizing
this FACT and then make a decision on how it is going to choose the 2 Senators
that will represent it in the U.S. Senate.
Vote, march, petition, post, comment, Tweet, burn,
destroy, kill all you want to, but until YOU do something that will work, YOU
are nothing more than a slave to the mob! As long as we allow a civicly
ignorant MOB to vote and elect the vain and aspiring, LIFE will become less and
less a human right and more and more a government regulated permission!!!!!!
Join or re-join us, learn, then teach others how to STOP
the insanity of ONLY getting the results of more progressive socialism and less
Americanism, before the vain and aspiring kill it completely.
Just click on the state you reside in and could vote in
and get ready to help save your country from ruin:
