State of the Union Analysis

This video begins with the entrance of the Cabinet, Supreme Court and the President. It shows the guests who were recognized and pans over those in attendance and shows their reactions to the topics covered. It is the televised version and should be viewed.

This version only shows Trump, Pence and Pelosi and can be used to focus on Pelosi’s reactions to the topics and issues Trump announces as she directs Democrats to react.

My take on the Trump State of the Union Speech on 2/5/20 was that the Democrat White Suited Women followed a prearranged script directed by Democrat Speaker Pelosi.

In all of these annual speeches, Democrats and Republicans sit in different sections and typically register their partisan stances by their tendencies to stand and applaud or sit and frown.

Pelosi led the orchestrated reaction of the Democrats in attendance to project a calm and reasonable reaction. She signaled to a heckler to stop.

Pelosi clapped to oust Maduro from Venezuela. She stood and clapped for Juan Guaido who we recognize as the legitimate President of Venezuela. She clapped for Military equipment being made in the USA and the Space Force.

Pelosi clapped for those in the audience who were recognized by Trump you can see in the original Fox YouTube video. She stood and clapped for Tuskegee Airman Gen Charles McGee. She clapped to put America first. She clapped for school advocate mom Stephanie Davis, but not for vouchers. She clapped for Opioid reduction and Aids cure funding. No clapping for Rush Limbaugh. Clapped for mom Robin Schneider and surviving “Premie” Ellie. No clapping for Abortion Ban.  Clapped for paid family leave. new trees, infrastructure, rural broadband, No clapping for banning sanctuary cities, counties and states. Clapped for al Baghdadi’s death. She clapped for military widow Kelli Hake and son Gage, She clapped for killing Iranian General Soleimani.  She clapped for return of US troops from Afghanistan  She clapped for Amy Williams and reunion with husband.

Pelosi’s clapping signals her recognition of those honored and the issues she would like to address like Infrastructure spending and restoring Obamacare. But infrastructure should be a State and Local expense.

Pelosi’s refusal to clap signals her disagreement with Trump over Abortion, 2^nd Amendment rights and Open Borders. She is not likely to support changing Immigration Policies.

Pelosi rejected Trump’s US Economic Advances, Healthcare and other claims as illegitimate.  She blames Trump and Republicans for not “saving” Obamacare.  She also wants to claim credit for Obama in job creation and the stock market recovery, but won’t admit that all jobs went to either government jobs or minimum wage jobs that all went to immigrants. Obama’s stock market recovery was achieved by having the Federal Reserve launch “Quantitative Easing” and delivering $trillion to banks to lend to Day Traders and doubling the National Debt from $10 trillion to $20 trillion with “stimulus dollars” that wasted these $trillions.

Pelosi’s protest of Trump for not crediting Obama with any accomplishments was to tear up the state of the union speech as the event was ending.
