Obsolete Federal Employees 4-2-24

The US State Department is well trained to conduct “Diplomacy” based on offering bribes to countries to get them to “behave” That doesn’t work. They take the money and don’t behave. Federal employees are little prepared to move their positions to use cancelling foreign aid and imposing total economic isolation on countries who are causing destabilization that carries the threat of war. Trump would need to make sure that the State Department employees are retrained. Those who fail to make the turn need to be laid-off so they don’t undermine the change.

There are other Federal Agencies who have employees who have strayed away from the US Constitution and current Law that need to be replaced. The Department of Justice and FBI are full of lawless Attorneys.

Some entire Federal Agencies have failed. The US Department of Education has failed to ensure that US students can read, write and do math. This power should be left to the States.

The EPA needs to close and have their duties transferred to the states. Every State has their own EPA.

The Climate Change Hoax has proven that extreme environmentalism is ruinous to economies.

The Department of Energy has failed to ensure that the electric power grid is stable and will be able to deliver the electricity required in the near future. Energy sources should be determined by consumers and delivered by the Free Market.

The Department of Transportation needs to be reformed. Railroad tracks need to be replaced. Airplanes need better maintenance. Bridges need to be strengthened. Hazardous waste needs to be contained. There are too many railroad and semi-truck accidents. State DOTs, County Commissions and City Council Members need to stop wasting money on multi-use paths, greenspace and other fluff and concentrate on road maintenance and construction and replacing leaky sewer systems.

The fact that the US government controls 30% of the US landmass results in out-of-control forest fires and mud slides in the Western States. The National Parks, National Forests and National Wet-lands and Refuges need to be given to the States and transferred over time to ensure coverage. The US government should retain ownership of military installations and proving grounds. Interior Department employees should be transferred to the State payroll to continue to cover the parks. States then need to sell forest, farm and grazing land to US citizens to manage and put the land back on the tax registry.

Congress needs to be compelled to use regular order and produce individual spending bills. Omnibus bills and earmark bills should be banned. The Fiscal year needs to be changed to a Calendar year.

States should be compelled to keep the rule of law or be subject to having all Federal grants and subsidies removed.

Norb Leahy, Dunwoody GA Tea Party Leader
