US Immigration Forward 7-22-24

Immigration in the US needs to be limited to US-based employer needs using H1a and H1b Visas. US employers should begin the process when they can’t find qualified US citizens to hire. Foreign companies should continue to be able to get visas for their citizens to come to the US to work at their US-based locations.

The US Government should not be allowed to initiate any immigration to the US based on Amnesty or Refugee Assistance. The Refugee Program in 2015 allowed Muslims from the Middle East and Africa to establish foreign colonies in Minnesota and Michigan who elected Democrat US House Reps.

The Squad is an informal group of nine Democrat members of the U.S. House of Representatives. It was initially composed of four women elected in the 2018 United States House of Representatives electionsAlexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Ayanna Pressley of Boston Mass are home grown Left Wing Activists. IIhan Omar of Minneapolis MN and Rashida Tlaib of Detroit MI are Muslim Refugees.

They have since been joined by Jamaal Bowman of New York and Cori Bush of Missouri following the 2020 United States House of Representatives elections, and Greg Casar of TexasSummer Lee of Pennsylvania, and Delia Ramirez of Illinois following the 2022 elections. The Squad is well known for being among the most radical left-wing members of the United States Congress.

IIhan Omar immigrated from Somalia and represents Minneapolis MN.  Rashida Tlaib immigrated from Palestine and represents Detroit MI. They settled in Muslim populated Congressional Districts formed by the 2015 Refugee resettlement formed under Obama.

When Venezuela collapsed, their refugees settled in neighboring countries where the culture was South American. Immigration to the US should be legal and based on H1a and H1b visa requirements. The US should repeal all laws that allow for blanket Amnesty and Refugee programs. Illegal migrants who settled in the US prior to 2021 should be required to apply for H1a or H1b visas leading to a Green Card and eventual US citizenship. An Amendment needs to be filed, approved and ratified to require children born in the US with foreign national parents should not be registered as US citizens. This would end the misinterpretation of the word “Born” in the US Constitution.
