Gun Ban Invites Tyranny

Here we go into “reasonable restrictions” on our Natural Right to keep and bear arms – the kind best suited to defending ourselves against a tyrannical government. I could list off all of the facts, but then thems who seek to ban guns do not cotton much to facts do they.

Perhaps it is best to simply mention that this path has led to tyranny in every instance of its use in recorded history. It always starts with a certain type of weapon or person, then the list of same is expanded until it encompasses butter knives and everyone.

Then the real killing starts. You see, human individuals kill only on a “retail” level – onesey, twoseys. It is governments that kill on the “wholesale” level and it always begins with disarming the populace of the weapons best suited to their defense. In our case, that would be semi-auto, magazine fed, military pattern rifles, such as the AR15. If gun bans worked – Chicago would be the safest place in America, and yet, Chicago is 2.5 times more dangerous than being a soldier in Afghanistan. Whoops. There I go with facts.

“It will never happen here”. I wonder how many Jews said that in 1935? It’s perfect – the perfect crisis, the perfect President, the prefect Congress, and perfect timing. Liberty is never destroyed by a single act, but always a bit at a time, until one day it is simply gone – your chains forged.

The Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting – it was designed specifically as a last defense against tyranny. Do you really think the Founders intended that the people carry sling shots? In fact, they were very specific regarding the type of arms – what any infantryman would carry in a regular army – their words, not my own.

You might call your Senators, but then politicians historically have always preferred their peasants be disarmed. Besides, there are such great new programs on TV right? So busy – someone else can do that. I understand. I hope your kids, kids do, but I kinda doubt it. Being cast into slavery is not something to make one proud of one’s ancestors.

No matter how bad it gets – never sell your rifle, and, keep yer powder dry.

Never give up your guns…genocide always follows gun control.
