If you wonder how the Republicans can hold majorities in the Senate and House, but still pass Liberal legislation, look at the low scores above. 30 of our Senate Republicans have failing scores.  All 46 Senate Democrats have failing scores ranging from 0 to 15%. We only have 24 Republican Senators left that score over 60%.
