Driving the Crime Velocity

Just as the velocity of money increases the GDP, the velocity of the recurring migration and release of felons has been driving the velocity of individual crimes. 

Open borders makes it easy to get new criminals introduced into the US and destroys our immigration system. It also allows migrant invasion of foreigners who won’t assimilate. Muslims are using refugee resettlement and border crossing to establish Sharia law in the US. Anti-American Mexicans with Mexican flags have started a war of migration to recapture the Southwestern states. The Mexican drug gangs are embedded in all US cities to sell debilitating drugs. Drug addicts are inclined to commit crimes to fund their habit.  Open borders allow for an easy way for terrorists to enter the US.

Releasing dangerous felons from US prisons helps to increase the crime rate.  Most of these felons will commit new crimes after their release.

Shorter sentences from plea deals also helps keep criminals on the street.  Plea deals also give innocent suspects the incentive to falsely plead guilty to avoid longer sentences and higher legal bills. The judicial system needs to stop handling criminal cases like civil cases, where they just want the parties to negotiate a deal. Remember, the court system was created to allow for a “peaceful means to resolve disputes”. Victims of crimes and victims of frivolous lawsuits continue to absorb the damage.
