Mike Huckabee was born in Hope, Arkansas in 1955 and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University. Huckabee served as Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas from 1993 until July 1996 when he became Governor after his predecessor resigned, becoming one of the youngest governors in the country at the time.

He and his wife, Janet, have three grown children: John Mark, David, and Sarah. After attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, Huckabee was a Baptist minister at several churches in Arkansas. His daughter Sarah Huckabee Sanders is the current Governor of Arkansas.

Mike Huckabee has been the Host of his own show on Trinity Broadcasting Network TBN. Their programming in support of Israel is well known. Huckabee is a big Fan of the Abraham Accords.
