The Straitjacket Dance 8-18-24

Trump seems out-of-place to some voters, because he doesn’t do the Straightjacket Dance according to Greg Gutfeld. He didn’t seem “Presidential” to some voters, because he broke all the rules associated with hiding to trick voters into settling for mediocrity. He had no political experience, but Trump laid out his plan to end stagnation and grow the US economy. Trump was a successful CEO and saw the waste in how we were spending our tax dollars. He believes in reciprocity. These are mutually beneficial trade deals between countries. He is committed to lowering the US Trade Deficit.

Politicians have been taught to hide their puppet-masters’ control. Campaign Managers are tasked with ensuring that their candidates offend no one and parry off questions that would define their actual future actions. For decades, Liberals praised these deceptive tactics and convinced voters that they had no other options.

In 2016, Trump broke the mold. Republicans who campaigned as conservatives but voted with the Democrats to trade horses were exposed for their deceit. Many Republicans realized this and converted to Trump’s point of view. Trump reinvented Republicanism. Those candidates who were on the stage with Trump in 2016 who were not elected officials like Dr Ben Carson were not offended.

Trump’s personal attacks on political opponents borrows from Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” that recommends “targeting your opponent”. Trump’s policies are flawless and he needs to win a landslide to restore the US economy.
