Toxic Workplace 8-8-24

In 1965, US Civil Rights laws promoting Black Equality added Women, Handicapped, Age and Religion to the protected classes and the Gays wanted to join their ranks and began to plan the Gay Movement. 

The political divide between Conservatives and Liberals has infected most large businesses in the US. The Mission Statements of these US businesses used to be Profitable Growth and included focus on products and services to ensure creating the best manufactured products and best services. Now these businesses are dedicated to DEI, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion because they feared being called “racist” by the Liberals who controlled the schools and the media. It began with “political correctness” in the 1970s.

The term political correctness first appeared in Marxist–Leninist vocabulary following the Russian Revolution of 1917. In the 1970s, the American New Left began using the term politically correct.

In the 1970s, chemical manufacturing was off-shored to avoid US environmental regulations. Inflation caused by federal spending on healthcare, welfare and the Vietnam war were added to higher oil prices and reached 18%.

The culture wars had flared up during the 1980s, enjoined by a rising movement of conservatives who charged that American society had lost its way. The root of the problem, in their view, was a decline of cultural and moral values, rather than economic or other political issues.-google search

Reagan reduced the top individual tax rate from 70% to 35% in the 1980s and Executive salaries soared. US automobile manufacturers were losing market share to Honda and Toyota.  

In the 1990s, large US companies were off-shoring their manufacturing to China and other countries and product design followed. Corporate Boards lost touch with their product integrity responsibilities and began to concentrate on virtue signaling and encouraged self-victimization.

Self-Victimization - Casting oneself in the role of a victim. We've all seen a small child do it - crying crocodile tears, pouting or sulking when they don't get exactly what they want, when they want it. Some folks, however, never grow out of using the “poor me” strategy. Nov 4, 2015

The 2000s brought heavy spending on wars and also brought the Mortgage Meltdown in 2008.

In 2009, the US elected Barak Obama, who had worked to ensure that Blacks could get mortgage loans by threatening Banks with law suits for racial discrimination. Obama was raised to be a Communist Muslim and his education at Colombia and Harvard was sponsored. Obama served as President from 2009 to 2016. Obama advanced Communist Goals by implementing UN Agenda 21.

In 2016, Trump was elected President. He built the border wall and closed the border. He increased oil and natural gas production and brought gasoline prices from $4/gal to $2/gal.  He Tariffed China and imposed total economic isolation on Iran to reduce Islamic Terror. Trump proved that total economic isolation can replace wars.

In 2020 Biden was elected President. He increased federal spending from $4 trillion/yr to $6 trillion/yr and set off global inflation that has raised cumulative prices from 20% to 50%.

Employees of large companies complain that their Corporate Boards and Top Executives are worse than ever and this has infected all management. Those who can leave their jobs have been leaving. Conservatives are discriminated against and those remaining are tired of Woke Management. Those who have left are much happier running their own businesses.

In 2024, US voters may elect Trump. He will close the border, deport illegal immigrants, complete the border wall, increase oil and natural gas production to lower prices, reduce inflation and cut taxes to re-shore manufacturing jobs. He will withhold federal funds from States who ignore the law. Protests and Lawlessness will end. Lower oil prices will stop the wars in Ukraine and Israel, because Russia and Iran will have less money to spend on wars and terror groups. He will defund the Climate Change Hoax and strengthen our electric grid and defense capabilities. He will defund the grants that are fueling our destruction. He will not allow the National Debt to increase beyond its current $35 trillion.
