We need a series of changes that will produce a chill on groundless lawsuits.

Frivolous lawsuits need to be punished. Those who file suit to harass their enemies or create innocent victims need to pay the court and legal cost of for both sides if they lose these lawsuits. Those who are sued must not settle; that just rewards the harassers.

Malpractice lawsuits should be banned.  Punishment for medical mistakes needs to be imposed by county medical societies by suspending licenses, requiring further training or revoking licenses.

Anti-discrimination lawsuits should be banned to render predatory lawsuits toothless. Anti-discrimination laws have done nothing but damage to the freedom of association and our productive economy.
