TV is lame and it’s time to reorganize our
channels and programming.
There are enough pharmaceutical ads on TV to
justify Pharma having its own channel.
The viewership might be limited to Pharma fans. That would be those who
take pills for everything.
An even smaller viewership exists in the
number 2 spot for ads, the auto insurance ads. People shopping for auto
insurance could go to this channel like we go to the weather channels to find
out the weather and get some global warming propaganda.
We could use a Socialist Propaganda Channel.
We have MSNBC for true socialists and Communists and we have CNN, NBC, ABC and
CBS for half-socialists and social liberals.
The Apocalyptic Channel could carry series
like “After People” and the inner-city local news in addition to most
“disaster” shows like “Naked and Afraid”, “Tiny House”
The Police Channel could carry all the police
shows and they would probably have enough shows to justify their own channel.
Sports and Movies already has its own channels. So do
Hispanics, Blacks and Chinese.
The Entertainment Channel could carry all the
good musical variety show re-runs like “Sonny and Cher”, “Donnie and Marie”,
Andy Williams and many others.
The Comedy Channel could carry all the good
comedy show reruns from the 1960s and 1970s like “The Carol Burnett Show”, The
Laugh In”, “The Dean Martin Celebrity Roast”,
We haven’t really laughed or been entertained
since the 1980s. The re-runs would really help.
