Islamic Terrorism 1-19-25

Islamic Terror attacks began with Airline Hijacking in the 1970s. In September 1970, members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) hijacked five airliners, forcing three of them to land at Dawson's Field, a remote desert airstrip in Jordan. One hijacker was killed and one person was injured.

Islamic Terror attacks continued in the 1980s to 2025

According to Fondapol, a French think tank, between 1979 and May 2021, at least 48,035 Islamist terrorist attacks took place worldwide, causing the deaths of at least 210,138 people.

Islamic Terror attacks have occurred in the US, Europe and most recently in Africa to destabilize African governments.

Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) are foreign organizations that are designated by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended. FTO designations play a critical role in our fight against terrorism and are an effective means of curtailing support for terrorist activities and pressuring groups to get out of the terrorism business.

The Countries where these Terror Groups operate are responsible for irradicating these Groups. The source of funding these Groups needs to be identified and removed.
