We remain in the house we bought in 1983. We like our house. We totally upgraded it ourselves. We are not that far from our kids, grandkids and great grandkids. We like the weather. We usually get enough rain in the Summer to avoid having to use our sprinkler system.

Our weather treaty with Alabama requires that the tornados break up at the Alabama border. In exchange, we give Alabama some of our Chattahoochee River water.

The estimated drop in Georgia’s Nominal GDP is expected to be revised upward if the Fed cuts the Interest Rates.

The Georgia Legislature needs to repeal “Regionalism Laws” that were used to implement UN Agenda 21.
