Climate Change Code Word

The AJC article Alarm, skepticism greet climate change warning, 8/9/15 made a pitch for the “Wildings Project” and expressed concern about changes in coastal areas and a pitch for Georgia to implement the “Wildings Project”.  It also touched on global warming, which isn’t happening and Gov. Deal’s appropriate objections to the EPA’s economy-crushing carbon capture scam.
There is a trend on the part of global warming fans to call everything climate change.  The problem with this is that all of the “environmental” concerns cited by these “political operatives” have nothing to do with carbon dioxide. It’s a plant food.
The sun cycles are probably the reason for global warming and cooling and the tides may be the reason for coastal swamp changes. The only man-made climate change is accomplished by the HAARP weather weapons system using chemtrails sprayed into the atmosphere that are bombarded with radio frequencies that produce low pressure areas to suck in storms like Hurricane Sandy. HAARP is not a hoax, but the carbon dioxide scam is a hoax perpetrated by the UN.
If there were no grocery stores, we might be more interested in preserving our wildlife preserves, but those days are gone.  So, the urgency about creating “habitat” for wild animals is not shared by most tax payers. Sports hunters seem to make sure that they continue to have places to hunt, but multi-million dollar federal spending is a waste of money these days. The federal government already “owns” 1/3rd of the US land mass, but federal ownership of land is clearly forbidden by the US Constitution. The federal government is broke and should not be handing out grants.
I bet if the States reclaimed this “federal land”, we would have a return of the forestry industry and a lot fewer forest fires getting out of control.
As for Tybee Island, it remains the problem of its owners. Environmentalists who love to visit “habitat” should buy the land themselves.
Georgia has no state tax money to waste. I-285 remains dysfunctional and a true outer-belt is needed. Road work is overpaid and needs to be lowered through aggressive national competitive bidding. There is no money to waste on public transit or “economic development”.  These are county issues.
