Have Illegal Voters Been Transforming America Since 2008?

By Paul Dowling / 11 August 2015 / 85 Comments
“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”  —Barack Obama, October 30, 2008
“We are going to have to change our conversation; we’re going to have to change our traditions, our history; we’re going to have to move into a different place as a nation.”  —Michelle Obama, May 14, 2008
Illegal Aliens Are Exercising the Rights of US Citizens
The city of Huntington Park, California, has just named two men who are illegal aliens to citizen advisory panels.  It is also true that illegal aliens are also being allowed to practice law in California and New York.  And in many states, illegal aliens are obtaining licenses to drive. But perhaps the most egregious offense of all is that illegal aliens are casting ballots in American elections. While an illegal-alien driver’s license usually possesses some small mark to differentiate it from others, mail-in and online registration forms cannot see these marks, so these bogus credentials are easily used for voter registration.
Did Illegal Voters Elect Obama?
Obama likely won election in 2008 and 2012, due to the illegal-alien vote.  These suspicions have been only whispers, until recently, but now an in-depth academic study has been released by the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES).
According to the study, non-citizens favor Democrats four-to-one over Republicans, and Obama won their votes in the 2008 election.  Enough illegal voters cast ballots, back in 2008, to account for Democrat victories in key states with high numbers of electoral votes.
The Election Integrity Project
In 2012, Judicial Watch started the Election Integrity Project, a legal campaign to cleanse the voter-registration rolls country-wide.  CCES now confirms that large numbers of illegals are voting in US elections.  Non-citizen voters likely gave Senate Democrats the 60th vote needed to pass Obamacare in the 111th Congress, since Senator Al Franken, with a victory margin of 312 votes statewide in Minnesota, likely owes his election to illegal voters.  And it is likely that non-citizens sufficed to turn the tide enough, state by state, to give the Electoral College—and, therefore, the White House—to Barack Obama.
Over 14% of non-citizens registered to vote in 2008 and 2010.  According to Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, “[F]oreign nationals illegally vote in federal elections in large numbers and have allowed Democrats, including this president, to steal elections.  This is why the Left does not want voter ID . . . and craves amnesty and open borders. . . .  [I]t is about stealing elections. . . .”  (Read more here).
Hijacking America
The conventional wisdom, since the elevation of Obama to the presidency, has been that Americans wanted to elect their first black president so badly that they were willing to overlook his promises to raise energy costs, along with some other arch-liberal positions he took in the campaign.  But now it would seem that Americans actually rejected Obama’s progressive agenda, despite his uniqueness as a black candidate.
So, this being the case, the majority of Americans actually had the good sense to reject Obama in 2008, which means illegal voters have succeeded in illegitimately hijacking America for the last six years!  In 2012, in California alone, there were 49,000 known fraudulent votes cast in the November election—primarily for Democrats!  (Read more here.)
The more corrupt a state is with regard to allowing illegal voting, the more Democrats benefit.  Democrats win big by encouraging dishonesty, while Republicans lose big by encouraging integrity, since the Democrat media label them as “racist” for simply wanting to ensure fairness.  The truth is that an ID is required for everything that is important, from credit applications to buying liquor—even for gaining admission to the Democratic National Convention!  (Oh, no!  Are the Democrats racist?)
Obama’s Changes to the Citizenship Oath
Obama changed the citizenship oath to allow disloyalty by people becoming US citizens.  Senator Tom Cotton said, “The Obama Administration’s announced changes to the Oath of Allegiance undermine what it means to be a citizen of the United States.”  Citizenship and Immigration Services is making modifications to the Oath of Allegiance, so that immigrants no longer must promise to “bear arms on behalf of the United States” or to “perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States,” which is something that every natural-born citizen is required to do, by law.  Omitting these portions of the oath will bifurcate the citizenry into one group that is more loyal and another group that is less loyal.  But all Americans must be equal: none are entitled not to serve while others do serve.  And those who will not serve America do not deserve her protection.
Every natural-born American must serve in the armed forces, if required to do so; and conscientious objectors may be required to serve in noncombat areas—as medics or in other support roles.  (Read more about this here.)  The other thing that the county would be creating is a class of second-class citizens who never took the unexpurgated oath.  This would deprive them of the same feelings of pride that other Americans have, for they would always know in their hearts that they did not pledge their lives and their sacred honor to the defense of their new country.  “All citizens of the United States—native or naturalized—should have that same of sense of patriotism and duty,” declared Senator Cotton, and he was right.

Green Card Holders, Too
The Oath of Allegiance should be changed back by the next president.  All holders of Resident Alien Cards (aka Green Cards) should also be required to take a similar loyalty oath; and alien residents who refuse to take the oath should have their Green Cards canceled.
Any citizens who may have taken Obama’s bastardized loyalty oath should have their citizenship revoked until they retake it in its correct form.  And anyone not following their loyalty oaths—by participating in jihad against America, either physically or by donating to jihad-supporting charities—should have their citizenship revoked.  This is called denaturalization.  (See more here.)  There should be a similar rule for natural-born Americans who participate in jihad or perform other high crimes against America; if an American goes to another country to join ISIS, for example, his passport should be canceled, and he should not be allowed to return; if the treachery is committed in the homeland, there should be a 30-year prison term in the offing.
What Difference Does It Make?
But does it make a difference what Americans want?  If you believe that Americans have the right to control the political agenda in their own country, yes, it does matter!  The fact that non-citizens are voting means that your vote is being watered down.  The authentic American voice of freedom, backed by responsibility, is being washed out by non-citizens who are less interested in freedom than they are in a free ride.
