A Case for Impeachment

This video includes a history of impeachment cases in the US.  Obama’s refusal to enforce US law is sufficient.  Obama’s bypass of Congress and other abuses are added. 
 
 
The House is obliged to file impeachment charges and send them to the Senate.  The Senate is obliged to vote.
