Regulatory Debacle

The VW “scandal” begs a question: Should we subject companies to unnecessary regulations based on the global warming hoax ?  I don’t think so. The VW hearings should give global warming skeptics an opportunity to establish that the emissions regulations are spurious and take a vote to remove CO2 from the standard.

Federal Regulations shouldn’t be based on junk science like CO2 emissions based on the global warming hoax. Congress should first fix the EPA Regulations if they are unnecessary, before clobbering VW for cheating.
