Right Wing Extremists

The AJC on Friday October 16, 2015, page A13 carried Balanced Views, From the Left and From the Right.  But the columnist From the Right was David Brooks (New York Times).  His column was titled: “The Republican’s caucus had distorted true politics”.

 

He labels conservatives as “right wing extremists” and mentions Ted Cruz, whose Scorecard is 96% with a grade A on Conservative Review Scorecard for his legislative votes. 

 

What that means is that he votes NO on Bills that are unconstitutional.  All elected officials take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, but 80% of them ignore their oath. 

 

Ted Cruz, Rand Paul 93% and the other high scoring Legislators are not voting to sell us down the river, but the other 80% are responsible for the 2008 Meltdown and all of the problems we face today.  For this particular article the heading should have been From the Left and From the Far Left.
