Alternate
energy sources like wind, solar and geo-thermal are useful in remote and
undeveloped areas. The high cost of
these energy sources at 14 cents per kwh should be made available to
individuals who would pay the entire cost to install these to provide electricity
to their properties. They need to be able to maintain these wind and solar
systems themselves.
Wind and
solar should not be considered as viable sources of power by the electric
companies who can deliver energy from coal and nuclear at 2 cents per kwh or
natural gas at 3 cents per kwh. These
are the production costs per kwh.
Europe
stopped wasting money on wind and solar after the electric bills in Germany
doubled.
