Climate Change

In this video, Dick Morris gives an update that predicts that hydrogen powered engines could replace carbon powered gasoline engines.  He says that climate change is likely a cyclical phenomenon that will continue and that man-made climate change mitigation is clearly a minor issue.  He asserts that wind and solar may never be economically viable.  He supports clean coal and asserts that lower natural gas prices have caused power plants to convert to gas that emits half the amount of carbon as coal.  He supports letting the market lead this development based on price.
