ESEA wants to discover students’ pre-dispositions toward
collectivism to brainwash them into accepting Communism and the Police State. They
are looking for the child’s commitment to a best friend or most popular
group. Will the child obey if punishment
is delivered or not. Is the child Inner-directed vs Other-directed.
Education levels of parents and resources identified
parents’ traits. This is used to
condition children to ignore their parents if their parents are opposed to
state control. This data is also sold
for advertising.
Children’s data is used to adjust the curriculum to
change the beliefs, attitudes and behavior of the children. ESEA data requires
that States standardize data collection under Common Core. Data to match
student to teacher to school to family.
This data is meant to develop a birth through career to
death inventory. It will determine who
goes to college, etc. Billions of
dollars have been spent over the past 25 years.
Regulations were changed without Congressional authority in FERPA Law
90.31 to move data to consulting firms.
Race to the Top required compliance with the standards. Data is disclosed without parental
permission.
Common Core is the next iteration. Teachers must conform as they are tracked and
punished if they don’t conform.
Individual education plans are established by the data for each student.
Under current law psychological data is personal information that cannot be
shared.
This bypasses parents, teachers, school boards or elected
officials. ESEA Reauthorization includes
federal education funding and involves “Brainwashing 101”. HR 5 requires that money follows the
child. It follows regionalism to
equalize funding. It offers choice that will
destroy local school districts.
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) changed without Congressional
authority. Obama’s Executive Order is
the unconstitutional part that can be challenge in court. Testing attitudes is
the weakness to attack this government treason. Education Crony Consultants are
the beneficiaries.
