Assimilation in the US

Immigrants have been assimilating into becoming Americans for the past 500 years. The American colonies offered freedom of religion and the opportunity to own land in what was known to be a Christian colony. Some religious groups kept to themselves by choice and married within their own denominations, but they were free to choose. Most of these denominations were able to adjust to what became US law. Mormons gave up polygamy.
The Amish chose to keep their agrarian roots.

Muslim immigration to non-Muslim countries is not working. They do not come to assimilate. They come to take over.  We have witnessed this in Europe and in the US. This is not an ordinary religion. It includes their own set of laws. Sharia law is not compatible with US law or Western law and should be banned in the US and Europe.

To accomplish this, we will need to replace all elected officials and may need to dissolve the EU and the UN. We will also need to give citizens greater control over legislation by restricting campaign contributions to registered voters and only for those candidates who appear on their ballots.

Immigration to the US needs to be minimal due to the excessive unemployment of 94 million working-age US citizens.  Our population creates 1.8 million new job seekers every year as students graduate.  Our current economy creates 1.8 million new jobs a year, but our failure to control immigration creates more that 1.8 million new immigrants seeking jobs.  Our excessive immigration and open borders policies need to be stopped.

Bad immigration policies like anchor babies, chain migration, lottery, immigrant student and temp agency employment, refugee migration, immigrant welfare and excessive work visas need to end.  Government is broke and cannot afford these policies. We need to return to the Immigration policies that make sense for the economy and allow the free market to make the choices.

The first engineer I hired was from India.  He had just received his BSEE from a local university in 1967. Since then I’ve hired hundreds of engineers. Most were white male US citizens, but many of these engineers were from all over the world. They came to assimilate. They were good students and became good engineers. They came to the US because it was a meritocracy, where they would be rewarded for their results.

Government needs to remove all anti-discrimination laws and allow the US to return to a meritocracy.  Government needs to cut its spending in half and get out of debt.
