Occupational Personality Traits

Occupational personality tests report our traits and preferences according to how we answered the questions on the test. These tests are critical for those who are trying to pick an occupation.

The Occupational tests like Kuder and Strong Campbell ask about our job preferences and lists occupations that line up with our answers. https://www.kuder.com/
The test results on these interest batteries gives us the lists of occupations that would be compatible with our answers.

The Meyers Briggs reports how we see ourselves.
Extrovert v Introvert
Sensing v Intuiting
Feeling v Thinking
Perceiving v Judging
Conservatives would score higher on Thinking and Judging
Liberals would score higher on Feeling and Perceiving.

The DISC was used to identify 4 traits:
Dominance
Inducement
Steadiness
Compliance
Leaders score high on Dominance and Inducement.
Lab Workers score high on Steadiness and Compliance.

The Personality Styles test identifies our preferred way of operating.
Friendly Helper
Strong Achiever
Logical Thinker
Occupational choices are affected by personality styles and traits.

SIMA is System for Identifying Motivated Abilities and starts with a written list of what you did well and enjoyed doing at age brackets 3-5, 6-8, 9-13, 14-18, 18-25, etc.
You can do this yourself by writing these stories and connecting your accomplishments to develop a pattern.
