HB 707 Nullify Obamacare in GA

H.B. 707 Georgia Healthcare Freedom and Noncompliance Act. According to Judge Napolitano, H.B. 707, would "gut Obamacare" in GA. This Bill authorizes the AG to file a lawsuit to nullify Obamacare.

H.R. 1045 The GA Resolution. H.R. 1045 Urges the AG to file the lawsuit nullifying Obamacare in GA and calls on the appointment of Special Counsel or the AG to initiate a lawsuit calling on the Supreme Court to  reconsider it's ruling on Obamacare.

The citizens of GA surged past their goal and gathered 37,034 signatures to STOP Obamacare in GA and in America! Georgians For Healthcare Freedom will deliver the sign-ups for review by our Governor and State Representatives! Now we area calling for support of our Companion Bills:

Georgians For Health Care Freedom has completed its petition drive and is calling for nullification of Obamacare in GA and in our nation!

All are urged to plan to car pool from your area. For Cherokee County: We are gathering up at the 1st Baptist Church in Woodstock at 10:30a.  The church will provide  security for our cars.  Plan to meet @ 10:30a at the corner of  Hwy 92  and Neece Road at the church parking lot! Please organize car pools from your areas or join Cherokee County. We have a duty and obligation to stand against federal tyranny!

 We are not alone!!!  Many other states are considering our action.
