We Must Repeal Unconstitutional Laws

Out-of-Control Government
The United States was formed to protect our rights to life, liberty and property and accommodate the free market system to drive the economy with the family as the primary economic unit. Over the past 100 years, government has wrecked the free market system and the family unit and infringed on our rights.  We are rapidly morphing into a totalitarian socialist state modeled after the Soviet Union.  In order to restore the family and free market system, we must enforce the 10th Amendment at the state level and restore the US Constitution (as written).
Government needs to begin to pare back unconstitutional laws and regulations already on the books or existing as proposed drafts. I would put excessive immigration and EPA air and water regulations and proposed drafts first on the list to claw back. It’s crazy to require carbon reductions based on the UN global warming hoax. It’s also crazy to continue to fund the UN.
It’s easy to identify unconstitutional federal laws. They include everything the government is doing that it is not specifically empowered to do as outlined in the US Constitution (as written). There is nothing in the Constitution that empowers the federal government to be involved in much.  The 10th Amendment directs that all but enumerated powers belong to the States and the People.
States also need to limit what responsibilities they take. This government overreach includes state laws that restate or enable unconstitutional federal law and these need to be pared back as well. 90% of the Bills that turn into State law come from state and municipal government and special interests at the expense of the voters. States receive a trillion dollars a year in federal grants to states as bribes to do their bidding.
A True Free Market
A true free market would not allow government subsidies, mandates, bribes or grants. These corrupt systems are put together by the monopolies that seek to restrict the market to their advantage. Large enterprises seek to control legislation in exchange for large campaign contributions. A true free market would not allow anybody but the voters to make campaign contributions.
A true free market does not allow bad trade agreements that damage the country’s economy or excessive immigration to create high joblessness. Only a true free market can restore jobs.
