Federal Education Dollars only 7.8%

Georgia should consider doing without federal education dollars. In return, Georgia should cancel Common Core, ignore the “bathroom rule” and remove Muslim and Liberal propaganda from their schools.  It is likely that the cost of complying with federal education rules exceed that amount we receive.

Federal Education dollars for Georgia schools only amounted to 7.8% of school budgets. That’s $663 per student or $1.1 billion total.  State revenue covered $7.5 billion or 51.4% and Local Property Taxes covered $5.9 billion or 40.9%.
